Mileage Reimbursement for medical care?

When I got my referral for IF specialty care I am able to submit mileage for reimbursement for anything over a 100 mile radius. Our clinic is 109 miles away, so 218 miles every other week for Labs and care. It's racking up.
Has anyone claimed this through Tricare? How do I start the process?
