Small Essentials for New Mothers?

Hi ladies!  I'm trying to put together a list of essential items for first-time moms and was hoping to get some suggestions.  I'm thinking small items that were really helpful like nail clippers/grooming kit, nose frida, gripe water, etc.  Would you mind listing small items that were helpful to you?  TIA!

  • Most of the Baby Month Boards have their own lists of registry must-haves. You could try checking those out to make your list.

I may or may not have done that already even though I'm just TTGP. :flushed:
  • Great idea!  Thanks!

  • Small item "essentials," I'd say none of that as a mother of a three-month-old. I used the same nail clippers my H and I use.  I have an old-fashioned sucker ball that I've only used once and it works fine. I hear a lot of people talk about gripe water but I've never needed it.

So yea, "essentials" will really vary. I bought specific baby body wash and shampoo. Other than that, I can't think of any small essentials I bought specifically for her.
