So at 20 weeks the Ut said girl , at 23 weeks another ut said its definitely a boy ... is this picture obviously a boy or could she be wrong ?

Congrats! It's an alien blob!!   Sorry, but cant tell you. We are not trained ultrasound techs, we are internet strangers that don't read ultrasounds.

Personally, I would believe the 23 week ultrasound.  If its that concerning to you, take the ultrasound pics you have and ask your doctor.  S/he will be able to help you more than internet strangers.

I have a friend that was told girl in 2 ultrasounds, after baby was born - surprise they had a boy.....things happen.
