Selfishly I wanted to start a new crying thread because I just read an article on ScaryMommy that encapsulated so many feelings I've been dealing with in having a second child. It's sweet and beautiful and for sure made me ugly cry.
im crying because I found a kitten on thursday and i just found her a forever home today! and lol @ your siggy @ktcakes87 esp bc the dog that jumped on the poor person had on a little fin life jacket im so happy for the cat that she found a forever home but im sad bc i miss her
I am overly filled with the feels. I check on my daughter every night before I climb into bed and lately I get overwhelmed by her beauty and the fact that we made this amazing little person....she's 6. It's not like I had her recently. But lately I feel like I see her for the miracle she is. Oh gosh, just typing this I'm sniffling. Too many feels!!!
I have been surprisingly unemotional for the most part this pregnancy (except for a bad MS day early on in 1st Tri) so I was almost pleased that I had a couple of random inexplicable crying outbursts this past week.
In the first, a cute little old man was in line behind us at Wendy's. That's pretty much it. I watched this cute little old man order fast food and I got weepy. WTF. Then today, I burst into tears when my husband got home, because I missed him I guess? He had gone to play golf while I took a much-needed nap, which somehow = ...sadness?
@elcd458 I understand what you mean. I haven't been emotional at all. I read all these posts and I'm like... am I abnormal? Should I be crying? Or angry? Haha. Still waiting for my wtf why am I crying moment. Haha
I hope you fell asleep @sjis I watched the HBO Princess Diana doc last night and that got me a little teary. She was such an amazing woman and it's so sad she wasn't here to see her boys grow up. but that's really it this week. Haha @elcd458, I always cry when my husband comes home lately! I hate being away from him - it's really weird. Normally, when I'm not pregnant, I LOVE my alone time.
I'm reading A Dog's Journey, the sequel to A Dog's Purpose. If you read or saw the movie of the latter (I read it) you'll understand why I just sobbed in the bathtub while reading.
I'm crying because I tried to go bra shopping (nothing fits now aside from bralettes...) and nothing fit right and the mirror/lighting combo wasn't helping anything.
