Re: Game of Thrones Discussion - S7E2 - *spoiler warning*

  • On a scale of 1-10, what score would you give the episode?
5 - much less going on than last week

    Favorite moment?
Nymeria returns (though maybe it wasn't her)

    Least favorite moment?
I feel like the Dorne/Asha(aka Yara) story line is just weird in the show - it is covered much better in the books.

Which location did you enjoy the most?
Wherever Arya was - so happy she turned toward Winterfell for a family reunion instead of King's Landing for revenge.

Jon and Sansa again disagree - who do you agree with this week?
Jon - I mean dragons and dragonglass are going to be super important.  Jon is really more big picture than Sansa is at the moment.  But I am worried about what Sansa will get up to with Jon gone.

Do you think Sam will cure Jorah?
    I hope so!

If you had a direwolf, what would you name it?
    Something earthy - maybe Willow.

Any predictions for the next episode or the remaining season in general?
I was pretty bummed that Nymeria and Arya didn't become BFFs again, so I'm hoping for that to happen in a future episode.  Sam is going to get into trouble for treating Jorah - probably sent back to the wall.  I'm hoping no dragons get killed by that giant crossbow.

  • On a scale of 1-10, what score would you give the episode? Maybe 6-7

Favorite moment? Arya & Nymeria reunion, and also seeing Hot Pie is still alive

Least favorite moment? Theon bailing on Yara. I really wanted him to be there for her

Which location did you enjoy the most?

Jon and Sansa again disagree - who do you agree with this week? They both have their points and think their pet issue is most important. I'm glad Jon has enough trust in Sansa to leave her in charge. (Is Sansa Warden of the North while Jon is away??)

Do you think Sam will cure Jorah? Probably, but I was really uncomfortable watching him try

If you had a direwolf, what would you name it? Nan, for Old Nan

Any predictions for the next episode or the remaining season in general? Ellaria and Tyene are going to meet grisly ends when Cersei gets a hold of them, but I don't think Euron will give her Yara. I'm not as excited about the Job-Dany meeting because the Internet is rooting for them to screw, but they're (probably) nephew-aunt, which is gross
  • On a scale of 1-10, what score would you give the episode? I'll say a 6. I enjoyed it way more than the first episode.

Favorite moment? When Ollene gave Danny a little bit of advice woman to woman. I thought that, that was great...that and when Arya turned for Winterfell <3

Least favorite moment? When Theon bailed on Yara. Come on dude! I was routing for you!!

Which location did you enjoy the most? I'm loving the citedel scenes. Not sure why...maybe I just enjoy Sam's storyline???

Jon and Sansa again disagree - who do you agree with this week? Jon. I think Sansa is simply fighting to be heard. I think she feels like Jon should listen to her more and I would say that most of that is little fingers influence. I agree with Jon. Hello!!! He needs to team up with Danny already! I am super glad that he made Sands warden of Winterfell in his stead. I feel like that went a good way towards trust and honour in thei relationship.

Do you think Sam will cure jorah? He'd better! So yes, yes I do! Jorah needs to return to Danny. I think that he'll be scared and ugly but Danny needs him back...or rather, he needs her.

If you had a direwolf, what would you name it? Alya or Sierra

Any predictions for the next episode or the remaining season in general? I think Jon and Danny will get it on. I think that Danny and Jon won't get along/trust each other at first. Sanda will rid herself of little finger - but can I put in an order for him making an actual pass at her and I hope that Jamie kills Cersie!

  • On a scale of 1-10, what score would you give the episode?
6...the graphicness of the grayscale peeling scene was not necessary and the sudden attack by Euron had some plot holes.

    Favorite moment?
Arya seeing Hot pie then going toward Winterfell

    Least favorite moment?
3 way Tie between the grayscale scene / the death of 2 of the sand sisters scene/Cersei spouting her bullshit and lies scene

Which location did you enjoy the most?
    Dragonstone -girl power!

Jon and Sansa again disagree - who do you agree with this week?
I agree with Sansa it's dangerous but I agreed with Jon going. They should seriously have more private meetings to get on the same page before calling public forums!

Do you think Sam will cure Jorah?
Yes, I have faith in Sam. Not sure if he will get to stay at the Citadel though!

If you had a direwolf, what would you name it?
    Bob

Any predictions for the next episode or the remaining season in general?
I'm scared for the dragons. I think Arya will reunite with some member of her family (probably Sansa) and the Hound. I'm guessing the heads of the Dorne mother and third sister will be Euron's gift to Cersei.

  • On a scale of 1-10, what score would you give the episode? 8

    Favorite moment? Greyworm's love speech

Least favorite moment? The "foreign invasion" line was awful.

Which location did you enjoy the most? I love them all.

Jon and Sansa again disagree - who do you agree with this week? Jon. I'm not always sure about the purity of Sansa's heart/intentions.

Do you think Sam will cure Jorah? Yes

If you had a direwolf, what would you name it? Lily. Lilies are beautiful but very tough.

Any predictions for the next episode or the remaining season in general? I think Arya will return to Winterfell.
  • On a scale of 1-10, what score would you give the episode?
    8

    Favorite moment?
    Battle scene at the end

    Least favorite moment?
    Jorah's greyscale removal ... yuck!

Which location did you enjoy the most?
    All of them!

Jon and Sansa again disagree - who do you agree with this week?
    Jon of course!

Do you think Sam will cure Jorah?
    I hope so!

If you had a direwolf, what would you name it?
    Beast.

Any predictions for the next episode or the remaining season in general?
Theon will man up and help save his sister (if she's not already dead.)
Jon and Khaleesi will figure out they're related.
It's GoT... someone we love is going to die.
