Rant: I wore the Ava bracelet, followed all directions, sync'ed this morning and... No data. Womp womp. Not sure what I did wrong but I'm working a 24 today so won't have another attempt til I go to  sleep Friday morning.
Rave: I'm working a 24 at a small hospital and a few months ago they had closed the cafeteria so each time I work here, I have to bring a bunch of food with me. Well just found out this morning that the reopened the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch. So instead of my cold overnight oatmeal and coffee, I'm enjoying a hot breakfast sandwich and latte!

Grey Cereal       Which btw it was s'mores cereal *TW* DSD picked it out when we went shopping *End TW*  Imagine cinnamon toast crunch with coco puffs and the marshmallows from lucky charms.  Not terrible, but holy sugar rush!

R/R: Rant - Another cd 1. Also, I scheduled a medical procedure for three days before when ff is now predicting O for this cycle. Hopefully that doesn't totally mess things up! Rave - MH and I got free tickets to opening night of a movie tomorrow at a local theater where all the seats are comfy recliners with foot rests. Also have a massage scheduled tomorrow, so the whole day is looking pretty nice. I just have to get through today!

CS/Q: MH is getting a sperm analysis next week. For those whose partners have had this done, how long did it take to get the results? Was it helpful?

@dukestar5 I'm neurotic about reviews so I've already started typing some thoughts into a word document and taking some pictures and screenshots of the app. I was going to give it one cycle then post a big review with pictures for anyone who would be interested. @darkstar42 terrifying and delicious would be a good way to describe it.  It tasted good.  Kinda like s'mores (considering it's s'mores cereal one would hope that's what it tasted like), but it definitely turned the milk a funny color and was really sweet.  I can't imagine eating it very often.  TW DSD thinks it's amazing End TW.
That movie theater sounds sweet and I'm jealous of the day you have planned for tomorrow

@glitzandglitter It was storming pretty good last night.  I dunno the full story, one person mentioned a truck, another person mentioned lightning.  Essentially storm lol.  Where I live was fine (power wise anyhow), but where I work got hit pretty good.  Good luck getting through today!  I hope you enjoy spending time with your MIL?

@darkstar42  Hi it took us about a week and a half to get results- i had to call the office for the info. Kinda had the feeling they were ready sooner. 


Month/Cycle: 22/I can't keep up anymore

CD: 1 sigh

WAYDTGKU: Metformin, Letrozole, OPKs, 

R/R: I really got my hopes up this cycle since I got confirmation of ovulating this time. 

CS/Q: The nurse mentioned I would try Letrozole two more cycles and if I didn't conceive I would consult with doc ab next steps...anyone have an idea on what that would be? I know every doctor's plan is different just playing the scenario game. I'm being monitored by Fertility Specialist btw.

@darkstar42 I'd be interested in hearing about sperm analysis, too! I told DH that there's no way I'm going to start Clomid or anything else like that until we know if he's producing anything viable.

@lurvleybunchococonuts Ugh, power outages suck, especially at work. We had one too on Tuesday. Apparently the transformer station nearby took a direct hit from lightning in a strong thunderstorm (it was quite a bang, TBH). Only took around 20 minutes to get everything up and running again, though, so we were pretty lucky.

WAYDTGKU: Pom juice, maca, OPK (I caved) and temping now.

R/R: A friend invited us over for her going-away party (her husband got a temporary job overseas) on Saturday. I really want to see her before she leaves, but the party's at their country house and we don't currently have a car, so getting there might be a bit of a hassle. DH promised to ask his mom if we could use hers for the day.

@fishsticks-n-custard Oh, man.  I was super curious how the Ava would work.  I was looking at it until i saw it hasn't been tested on woman with PCOS so I thought maybe not.

R/R: RANT: This was a hard CD1.  I really thought this was our month.  I had gotten a positive OPK, my dpo7 blood work came back showing i ovulated, the doctor said our timing was good...Today I'm super bitchy and just don't want to be friendly or nice to anyone in the world.  Nor do i want to work...how is it only Thursday? RAVE: We go on vacation in 8 days...

@SkilledSailor She handled it pretty well. Other than my sister and I having to force her into the carrier. She usually snuggles with me when we get bad storms, neither of us like them.

@darkstar42 the aquarium at Mall of America is fun, I like the Shedd aquarium a little more since it's bigger, but it's pretty nice.

@purplg8r not to burst your bubble but in general Mall of America itself is a cool idea but underwhelming in reality.  It has some really neat stores and the fact that there's an aquarium, and rides, etc is pretty cool, but the "mall" part of it is the same stores on repeat each floor with a lot of deadspace.

@steph5454 I don't entirely know what you mean by "report time" lol.  I'm an hourly employee?  So it sucks that I had to stand around for an hour in the dark, but it's not held against me or anything like that.  It's a super small company so like everyone just laughed and were like well at least you got a nice easy morning.  I'm sorry about CD1  I hope the rest of your day gets better!
