    YES!!  Mine are really bad in my back, and especially if I am in the car for some reason.    I have almost thrown up twice from them...no fun at all!!

    Seriously - they stop me in my tracks sometimes - but nothing that comes and goes and could be "measured".

    I swear that was my one true sign that labor was on it's way.  I started feeling like that the week before I started having "real" contractions.

    The mentral cramps are what helps to dilate you, I believe...

    OHHH I'm sooo excited for you guys to have those babies!
