Hi everyone, I was locked out of my bump account this past week, so sorry for the late start.

Welcome to those who are new to this board!! 

This is a weekly check-in for those in their 1st trimester: weeks 1 through the end of week 13. We've all gone through a lot to get to this point, so congratulations and best of luck to all of you over the next several months!

1. How far along are you? What is your EDD?

2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having?  

Not so much right now, just some unsettling spotting. 

3. When is your next appointment?  

Next Thursday, first with my OB!

4. Anything else you'd like to share?  

We told our parents this weekend our big news. We decided that although it was early, we wanted them to know either way. It was fun and a relief to know I don't have to hide this from my mom anymore.

1. What's your favorite summer activity? Are you a beach, pool, lake, river (other body of water?!) person?

I looove the beach. If I could vacation on a tropical island for several months out of the year I would be one happy camper. I also love any type of swimming and think gentle tubing (i.e. not white water rapids) down a river is so much fun in the summer.

Nausea still bothering me all day, but ok as long as I eat! 

3. When is your next appointment?  

Next Wednesday, first with my OB!

4. Anything else you'd like to share?  

I'm finally looking pregnant and not just fat! But clothes are my enemy!

I also love the beach and could live there! I haven't been since our wedding 10-2014 since saving all of our money for our house, car and this baby! Ugh, man I miss it.

1. How far along are you? What is your EDD?  13w1d, due date is 1/25/18. The babies are the size of lemons!

2. Which oh-so-lovely pregnancy symptoms are you having?  Allllllll the nausea. And getting sick is sadly becoming a bit more frequent, blah. Doc gave me anti-nausea meds, and it's starting to help, thank god. Fatigue and headaches round it all off. 

3. When is your next appointment?  Tuesday 7/25...repeat NT scan. One baby wasn't cooperating so they couldn't get any measurements on it...

4. Anything else you'd like to share?  DH's cousin is due with twins next week. It'll be interesting to try to get in some "practice"...haha...

1. What's your favorite summer activity? Are you a beach, pool, lake, river (other body of water?!) person? I love the summer, but my favorite season is the fall. I like being outside when it's not too hot or humid, and evenings at my parents in RI is really fun. They have a huge fire pit, and they're less than a mile to the beaches so we spend a lot of time there on weekends
