I was told that sleeping too much us bad for the baby. I haven't taken a nap in weeks and when I took a nap today my boyfriend's grandma told me I need to stop taking naps because it harms the baby. You lay down so much that the baby's going to be laying the wrong way in the womb.

My toddler is napping so I'm laying in my bed watching law and order SVU.
It's funny how these old ladies have so much to say. Don't take stairs, don't bend over, don't take naps, don't eat too much, don't show off your bump....it's not 1950 and more. Just saying.
In all seriousness, I am often finding myself waking up on my back even though I try my damnedest to sleep on my side, so I feel like a failure at motherhood already.

Meanwhile, my tossing and turning at night is leading me to bend the rules a little bit on my caffeine intake

"I'm having fruit salad for dinner. Well, it's mostly just grapes, actually. Ok all grapes. Fermented grapes. Fine, I'm having wine for dinner."
Also if you haven't exercised your whole pregnancy it is NOT recommended that you start so late. Especially if your doctor has you on bedrest.
