San Ramon Regional v. ValleyCare

I'm new to the area and my insurance only allows me to deliver at San Ramon Regional v. ValleyCare (Pleasanton) in this area. I read that one or both of these places do not allow VBAC. I'm not set on VBAC but I'd like the option not to have a scheduled c-section.
Does anyone have any experience with having a baby at either or both? I have to decide between the two but I'm only familiar with Kaiser which is where my sister delivered.
