Who still has heartburn??

i always have had it. But it did go away after baby one. Then didn't go away after baby 2 so I had a scope and was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. Took Prilosec and it's amazing but I know it's bad to take long term. I still have it after this baby and have not lost much weight. I'm praying it goes away after I lose the weight so I can stop the drugs and not have the heartburn anymore. I'm too scared of esophageal cancer. Of course I convinced myself I'm going to get it.

 I had some heartburn last night for the first time since she was born. I had never had it before getting pregnant, so I hope it doesn't stick around!
