Still not much going on so far. Slight waves of nausea, fatigue and irritability. My breast tenderness is getting better. My skin is wreaking havoc, though! I also noticed the slightest cramping on the drive into work today. Otherwise, I'm feeling pretty normal (thankfully)!
5 weeks today and not much to write home about. Cramping still coming and going. I had slight waves of nausea every now and then over the weekend, but nothing too unbearable. Exhaustion definitely hitting hard. I've also been super short, crabby, and irritable.
And naturally, my anxiety is present in full force since at 5 weeks today, I haven't started puking yet (with both of my daughters, I was already throwing up and contending with the early stages of hyperemesis by this point). I know all pregnancies are different, but I just can't shake the worry that I haven't gotten sick yet and this is unlike anything before.

I'm 6w 3d today, and I can definitely feel symptoms getting stronger. Sore breasts, beginning RLP, constipation, and heartburn. I've also had bouts of nausea, which seem worse in the evening for me. No actual vomiting though.
**DD - Jan 2011** **DS - March 2013** **3 losses - April 2012, Nov 2014, and July 2017**
Been tired, crampy on and off all day, but the weirdest thing so far for me is although they are not bothering me often for the past week whenever I wake up in the night or early morning to pee I get a stabbing boob pain that goes away in under 5 minutes and then doesn't bother me all day. Anyone else having that?
Tender boobs have arrived and I really don't recall that symptom with my previous pregnancies. So many food aversions and nausea the last few days. I'm so hungry, but nothing sounds good- ever. Headaches off and on. Fainty feeling which is always one of my first indicators (aside from peeing) that I'm pregnant. Bloating is currently ok, I found that the "Ice" sparkling water I had been drinking was attributing to the painful gas/bloat. Bummer because that's all that really sounds good to drink. My usual faves are currently aversions.
6weeks yesterday. The nausea is starting to creep up, I'm pretty queasy most of the time but no vomiting yet and I feel like it's way better than last time. I'm definitely less patient, which is hard because I feel like my 21 month old is really testing me the past few days. The tantrums are crazy! And soooo tired all the time!
Anyone else having an aversion to just water? I feel like every time I drink it - nausea starts immediately. Anyone have any go-to drinks? I've tried LaCroix (which I love) - but that's not sitting well either. I feel like I'm probably constantly dehydrated.
That GIF basically sums it up for me. I'm irritable but I think it's because I'm always tired. I go from being unable to eat to being ravenously hungry but nothing sounds good. I get occasional cramps but nothing terrible. The boob pain is no joke.
In short, I think I'm hard to be around right now. I'm only 4.5 weeks...
@notthefather I'm right there with you!!! I got snappy with my husband throughout the weekend over nothing and when he did say something where I was actually justified to be angry it was like:
Me: 36 DH: 37 Married: 5.27.16 Baby Boy Due: 3.18.18
Not feeling much besides a tiny bit nauseous and I've noticed I'm tired earlier than normal. My last pregnancy I didn't start feeling sick for another week or two, so I'm trying to remember that before worrying.
No idea how far along I am. Probably right around the 6 week mark. The last 5-ish days or so the twins have become really sore which I love because now I can poke them every 5 minutes to make sure I'm still feeling pregnant. The constant cramping has pretty much subsided, although I may feel a little ache here and there every once in a while. My lower back is a bit sore - feels like I just moved a bunch of boxes. The rest of my symptoms are not steady at all like my other pregnancies - this time they seem to come and go at random. I'll be fine and then feel really nauseated for a few minutes and then be fine again. Or one day I have all the energy in the world, and the next day I'm half asleep on the couch after dinner. It's so weird.
*TW* Not helping the anxiety but I'm trying to remember that each pregnancy is different. My other 3 pregnancies were all about 5-6 years apart and because of my loss, it's only been about 9 months since I've been pregnant (and I had awful 1st tri symptoms with that one) so I'm wondering if my body is reacting differently to being pregnant this time since I was pregnant recently. Who knows.

@missydallas with my first pregnancy, I gagged every time I had water during the first tri. I lived on vitamin water, which I know isn't that great for you lol! Then as my pregnancy progressed, I lived on seltzer mixed with lemonade for a while. Do you like smoothies? Those helped me through first tri last time around
I've been starving every hour! My sense of smell has been INSANE which I did not experience with my first pregnancy. Other than that...these pregnancy dreams man. I did not experience these weird vivid dreams last time around. I heard others talk about pregnancy dreams and I was like, "meh, must be all in their heads!" But now I know it's the real deal!
I am one thousand times more nauseous than I was with my son. I don't want to eat anything. Hard candy like Jolly Ranchers is helping with the nausea some. I'm also super tired but having a ton of trouble falling asleep, or waking up in the middle of the night for a couple of hours.
@notthefather I can cause I feel ok so far...I just don't want to because it makes me feel like a REALLY bad wife and mom. We do takeout pretty much every night

Super early for me over here so not much - but my nipples are definitely sore the last two days.
Also - anyone else had random insomnia so early? I don't know if its my PGAL brain or not causing it, but the last three nights I am exhausted and fall asleep at 10, but then wake up wide awake from 1am to about 330am. This is killing me as I get so tired at work
I have pretty vivid dreams anyway but more so over the last week. My boobs are so sore. At work Friday night they hurt so bad. It almost felt like let down over and over. I don't know if I need to get a more supportive bra, or if being around all the screaming babies caused it... seems too early for that to happen.

@dmo1371 the "let down" feeling was one of my first pregnancy symptoms this time. My boobs weren't even sore until this past week but in the very beginning I kept having let down sensations. So weird!

I definitely have intense dreams. I usually don't recall my dreams...until lately. Last night, I woke up, told my SO that the dog tore apart her dog crate while we were at Wasaga beach, and jumped out our screen window. She did not do that yesterday...he just said "you're nuts, she's asleep under the bed". In my defense, she has ACTUALLY done it before.
Reading everyone's symptoms makes me wonder how far along I actually am. So far, nauseous, food aversions/cravings, headaches, boobs hurt, tired beyond belief, and the pee never stops!

Any other STMs having RLP already? With my first I didn't have it until later in my first trimester or the beginning of my second, but it hit me HARD today! My whole groin area was in pain when I got out of the car and I had a hard time walking for a min. It was rough! Maybe it's because my body has already done this so things are moving faster making the pain come earlier?

I wanna say I had some today but wasn't sure. Felt sore through my lower abdomen and around my hips.

I'm 4w5d and I realized today that I haven't had any cramping in the last 2-3 days.... I've had sore boobs up until now but today they aren't as bad as usual. Is this a bad sign? I had a MMC last fall and I'm trying so hard not to worry myself to death. I feel like I should be feeling worse.
4w1d and my earliest signs have been constipation, gas, hunger, very slight/occasional nausea, and frequent urination.
With my last pregnancy my first sign was extremely sore boobs. Not sure if it's too early or that breastfeeding Is changing that...or I just won't get that this time around.
I'm really sad the constipation has already begun. I had hemorrhoids from pregnancy through postpartum...literally cringeworthy after birth, the nurses and the doctor actually cringed when they checked me. They've been mostly in check but never left. SIGH.
4 Weeks and 5 days today I have so many symptoms so early I'm wondering if I'm further along then i think.. I'm a STM. Nauseous has def kicked in I wake up in the middle of the night feeling nauseous and hungry I usually have a snack and then I can't fall back asleep . I tried to give up coffee completely and got a splitting headache so i had one cup and my headache is gone sometimes i get one later in the day but its close to bedtime so I tough it out till i go to sleep. Also pregnancy brain is in full effect already
Has anyone else had stretching pain in their groin when you sneeze? Like RLP but different, sudden and intense, and only for a split second when the sneeze happens.
@heatherdubrow thanks! I've never heard of that. Is it prescription? Can you take it at the same time as a prenatal with stool softeners? I'm def asking about it today.
