@supercoolstephy Just curious- did you get your results yet? Don't be afraid to call and ask to speak with a genetic counselor! My results were under 'clinical review' as of July 5th. I happened to call to inquire about my insurance coverage of the test, and she mentioned my results had "been released." Apparently 'clinical review' means results have been sent to your doctor. She offered to have a genetic counselor call me- and I received a call within 10 mins and got my results! My doctor office JUST called me yesterday with the results (unbeknownst to them, I received the results straight from Counsyl 5 days earlier!!). Don't hesitate to call Counsyl yourself!
@ReadytoRun77 Thank you for asking!!!! I got them yesterday. I saw on Monday that they were under clinical review so I called my OB office since they technically never told me what the next steps would be, they confirmed my email, and I had the results in less than 5 minutes. Genetics are negative and low risk, and a girl. So excited.
@supercoolstephy That's so great! It's such a relief to get those results! We are not finding out the sex... but meanwhile, Counsyl sends that report to your email. It is pure torture just knowing the results are only a click away!! lol
Well tomorrow is my birthday so for the forst time in 2 years i will have my step daughter and my DS with me at the same time. Usually her mom has tbi gs plan ed but its our weeke d so i feel double blessed with getting them and seeing my LO all in one week
Thanks everyone! We haven't ventured in the yard much and let the dogs out the front instead of the back! @livingoffpbjs That is awesome! I am going to check that out!
@EmilyLove25 That is awesome about paternity leave! DH was active duty with DD and was able to take a month! Now he is in school using the GI bill (unless he decides to go active again) and I am a little nervous for 2, alone!
