Re: 3rd trimester: Week of July 10

  • Hi all. 30w6d today. Feeling ok. Pelvic floor pain is a b*tch! But I'm getting used to it. We took our childbirth class yesterday. It was super informative. I feel slightly more prepared. I'm debating whether to take the infant care class or not...any thoughts? No appointments this week (which makes it feel like a vacation!) My first shower is next week, very excited for that! Nursery is still coming along, we have some stuff to hang and place. Things are good.

QOTW: My DH is my support person. He's doing great...although he can get squimish. He thought the class was informative and he asked lots of questions. I think he

  • Hi everyone! I'm 33 weeks and 4 days today. We had our growth scan late last week and were a little concerned because my stomach was measuring behind. Thankfully the ultrasound showed he was right on track and in the 59th percentile. We even got a few 3D pics thrown in when we mentioned we weren't able to get much when we tried at an outside business! They are estimating he will be in the 7 pound range when born. This week is pretty quiet in regards to baby related things. I'm hoping to get some of his clothes and blankets washed tomorrow and trying to settle on a coming home outfit. I had one in mind, but it's more money than I'd like to spend.

QOTW: My DH is my support person and so far throughout my pregnancy has been great. I really think he will be really great during my labor too but I will probably get more of a sense after our labor class next weekend lol.

@Kp214 I hope you and baby are doing well! Hopefully he stays put for a little longer, but if not I'm sure he is in great hands!

@latershrader I hope your pelvic floor pain eases up for you!
  • Happy Monday everyone. 32 weeks with baby boy Beau and feeling pretty crummy all around to be honest. I have been having nausea again, and LOTS of aches and pains - round ligament pain, shin splints, heel pain, etc. and tired and napping daily again. Good times haha, all good though. Busy week this week, doula appointment tonight, 32 week OB appointment Wednesday, and growth scan on Friday. Nursery is almost done, just need clear coat on side table that we painted/antiqued, and for our ottoman to finally grace us with it's presence haha. Did a good haul at Babies R Us for some additional items we needed (a couple bottles, some burp cloths, a carseat mirror etc) so feeling more and more ready.

@latershrader - been wondering about newborn care class too... I'm undecided but don't have much time to get on it so time may decide for me ;)

@mjacks16 - your nursery looks adorable. Love love love. You look beautiful too btw. Hope your NST and growth scan go well today. You must be so ready to meet your little man <3 Excited for you. Any day now!!! :)

@Kp214 - thinking of you and continuing to send positive vibes your way.

QOTW: Eric is definitely my primary emotional support person.. he's just beyond amazing and so involved. I feel really grateful for his commitment to being a partner in this journey in all senses. I also am blessed with a friend here in Houston who is also pregnant with her IVF baby (6 weeks behind me), so we're a huge support for each other as well. We're planning a double date, couples weekend away for some RnR poolside in a few weeks so that'll be fun!

@latershrader thanks!  We were signed up for the newborn care class. I may still send DH to it, but if he doesn't go, he definitely should go to the daddy baby boot camp that's offered. An alternative to the class might be to find out what's going to be offered and watch YouTube. I'm thinking that's what I'll be doing.

@mjacks16 thank you. you look fantastic!  Your response about DH has me tearing up, crying. That is so sweet.

@oxinfree thank you. Positive vibes and thoughts are welcomed. You are going to be busy. It's great that you were able to get more things to be ready.

Afm, waiting to see if the contractions increase now that I'm off the meds. I'm 29 weeks today with Julian. I'd rather he wait a few more weeks, but there isn't anything else to be done.

QOTW: so my best friend from high school has been a great emotional support as well as DH. She helps since she's been through this before. DH has been great with all the daily emotional support. He's been so wonderful during this, especially this weekend.

  • Happy Monday all!

@latershrader - sorry about the pain, I hope it eases up. Yay for showers! Enjoy every minute. The only class we took was actually the newborn care class. I found it really informative for DH who has never really been around kids and I learned a few things too (I had no idea you didn't use shampoo during sponge baths) so, overall, it was beneficial. However, to your point, you can probably find all the info online or on YouTube!

@mjacks16 - you and the nursery look fantastic!! Wishing you luck today at your appointment!!

@Stars2016 - I'm so glad your growth scan brought you some peace of mind! That's great you were able to get some 3D shots as well!

@oxinfree - what a busy week!! It certainly feels nice to check things off the to do list though, right?!

@Kp214 - still thinking of you and sending positive vibes for Julian to stay put. Are you still not dilated?

AFM - 38 weeks tomorrow. Induction scheduled for 6/24 but FINGERS CROSSED Baby B makes his or her appearance on their own - preferably just that day anytime before I have to go in :) I'm still feeling really good - slower and larger but good. We have a gross heat wave this week which I'm not keen on and a charity event that I'm the chairperson for is Saturday - if I can get through that I'll be in great shape. My DH and I spent this weekend pretty much relaxing and doing a few odds and ends. I felt like it was a nice one knowing that our time as 'just the two of us' is rapidly approaching the end. Lots of snuggles and naps!

QOTW - my DH is definitely my emotional support person and he's done... okay. It's not that he's not trying but I think having an easy pregnancy has backfired in this aspect. Since I've felt good, took so long to show, have really only changed a few lifestyle things, etc. sometimes I think he forgets that I am pregnant. Especially now at 38 weeks and slowing down. I have no doubt in my mind though that, when labor & the baby come, he'll be fantastic. I have several friends who are PG and we are all due within a month of each other so the emails and text fly on a daily basis!

Hey y'all. 31 weeks + 3 days here with my little girl. This weekend we really did some work on the nursery! My husband built the crib and then we hung some stuff on the walls....it's really starting to come together! Which is nice since I'm like less than 9 weeks from my due date, ha.

This coming weekend we are headed to Dallas (where we used to live) for our baby shower. One is a couple's shower and one is just for me hosted by my mom's friends. I'm excited to celebrate and see everyone and hope to get a lot of our "final" things so we can see where we are and what we still need to buy.

We went to a newborn safety & CPR class on Saturday- it was honestly pretty informative! All the safe sleep info has made me feel a bit better.

Next appt is Thursday morning for our 32 week check-up. Crazy to think that in 5 weeks from then I'll be full term.

QOTW: DH is definitely my emotional support which he has done decently well at. Sometimes he's amazing and hyperaware and sometimes he misses the boat (like, when he got us a table outside in the TX heat last week...helloooo I'm overheating!) Something he's always tremendous at, though, is keeping calm when/if I am anxious about something, and I know during delivery he's going to be the best most essential partner! When I was going through infertility, one of my good friends was DEFINITELY my huge support. She has an 8 month old now and she is definitely helping through pregnancy too.

  • Almost 33w now and hoping and praying these two little girls can stay put a few more weeks. Have an appt with MFM again on Wednesday and if baby A hasn't grown enough looking at schedules c-section at around 34 weeks. Very nervous but I'm thinking (well hoping) that we get good news from the MFM.
I hope everyone else is hanging jn there!!
  • Sorry for the confusion, apparently I have two different usernames/accounts but I'm tiffanyw1783 and teetee1783! I'm so confused!

    TTC for 8 years.
Started in 2008 with timed intercourse, ovulation testing, no official monitoring.
OB-GYN recommended Clomid and timed intercourse, attempted for 6 straight months.
First surgery June 2009 (OB-GYN): diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and large hydrosalpinx on right tube.
Second surgery (July 2009, RE performed this): Right tube had to be removed, lots of adhesions removed.
Attempted "trying on our own" as per RE recommendations, unsuccessful 5-6 months.
HSG performed December 2009: left tube open.
February 2010: started Femara and timed intercourse, attempted 6 months, no BFPs.
Took a break for a while.
January 2011: started IUI process, ovaries never properly responded to medications, 6 failed attempts, never actually completed an IUI.
Took 2012-2014 off due to depression and frustration (side note: did complete grad school to become a nurse practitioner- great distraction).
2015: started seeing RE again, went through tons of testing and HSG, left tube now blocked, only option is IVF.
September 2015: Started first official IVF cycle, cancelled in October due to large cyst on left ovary.
October 2015: started on birth control for 2 months.
December 2015: attempted to start another IVF cycle, cysts on both ovaries on initial ultrasound, left was huge, cancelled to aspirated cyst.
January 2016: Cyst back, surgery for ex-lap, cyst and adhesions removed.
March 2016: Attempted second IVF cycle, estrogen way too high, cyst back, cancelled again.
April 2016: Third attempted IVF cycle, 7 eggs retrieved, 2 mature (but not great) embryos made to fresh transfer, neither implanted.
May-Sept 2016: Break to regain sanity.
Sept-Oct 2016: Attempted fourth IVF cycle, very successful, cyst still on left but we ignored. 7 mature "great looking" eggs retrieved, 4 mature embryos made it to day 5 transfer. Transfer aborted due to large amount of endometriosis fluid in uterus.
FET of 2 embryos completed on 12/12/16.
    12/22/16 1st Beta 179 BFP!!!
    12/24/16 2nd Beta 449!!
    EDD 8/30/17 with two girls!!!!!

    Audrey (4lb 8oz) and Olivia (6lb 6oz) born 8/10/17!!

  • @tiffanyw1783 & @teetee1783 Glad that mystery is solved! Fingers crossed for Baby A to keep baking!

@omarismyhomeboy Have so much fun at your showers! I'm actually kind of comforted to know you are doing yours after 30 weeks! I felt like that was late, but I'll be 32 weeks at my first shower!

@byrneme Hope you can manage through your busy weekend! Take lots of breaks and drink lots of water.

@Kp214 Praying for Julian to keep baking. I'm assuming your are in the hospital on full bed-rest?

@oxinfree I hear you on the pain front! It's tough to get through it but you can do it for little Beau! Glad you got your final baby-items and your nursery is almost done. I'm so jealous!

@Stars2016 So glad the growth scan was good! That's great news!

@mjacks16 You look so great! Your nursery is precious! Especially after having just moved!

  • Hi ladies! 38w3d with my little guy and soooo ready to meet him. As of last Thursday, I was 1cm dilated and just starting to recognize some barely there contractions. I know this could mean anything from anytime now to another couple of weeks but I'm really hoping for this week. Hoping to have made some progress by my appointment tomorrow. I had a super busy productive weekend - got waxed, 80's themed work bowling tournament, put up wall decorations in nursery, installed car seats in each car, ikea trip, costco trip, lots of doggy walks, doggy baths, and cleaned.

QOTW: I have lots of support - SO, mom, sister, and close friends. Obviously SO is main source of support and he has been great. He's been to nearly all of my appointments, always listens and massages my feet and legs all of the time. He is going to make a great dad, can't wait to see him in action!

@latershrader I never planned on taking an infant care class, only an infant safety class, which I unfortunately will have to take after baby arrives (at least CPR portion). But I know people who got a lot out of their infant care classes.

@mjacks16 Love the pic, you look great and the nursery is so cute! Hope your appointment goes well and so exciting you'll be meeting your little one very soon!

@stars2016 Glad your ultrasound turned out good. My son always measures on time but my belly always measures behind

@kp214 Hoping Julian stays put a while longer

    @byrneme FX'd no induction needed!

    @omarismyhomeboy Enjoy your showers!

@tiffanyw1783 Hope your girls stay put a while longer. FX'd you get good news from MFM on Wednesday.

Hi ladies! I missed last week just because it was so busy with the holiday! I'm 37w3d with our little girl due July 30th. We had a little scare this weekend. Since Friday I had a pretty decent headache that wouldn't really go Away completely. I felt like it was allergy/sinus related so I was taking Tylenol and allergy meds with minimal relief. My BP was fine,no swelling or blurred vision. Sunday I called my OB because I started to get worried it was something else and he had me come to L&D for NST and labs. All turned out okay and no signs of preeclampsia and after a few hours I was discharged. My OB said it was just really bad allergies and sinus issues most likely. My sinuses and headache are slowly getting better but I'm still taking medication at this point since it's not fully resolved. The pollen and allergen count is crazy around here so I'm sure that's the issue!

I see my OB again on Thursday so we will see what he says. He kept joking that maybe he would see me before then but I just don't see that happening!

QOTW: My husband is my biggest support person. He will be the only one present out of family/friends present for the birth. He has been nagging me to slow down and has been trying to help out more around the house which has been nice!

@MicronesianMamma love the nursery! So bright and cheery! Fingers crossed for progress!

@tiffanyw1783 hopefully you get good news this week and keep the babies cooking for a few more weeks!

@byrneme hopefully the baby will make his/her appearance before your induction date!

@kp214 hopefully Julian will stay put for a few more weeks!

@stars2016 glad your growth scan went well!

@mjacks16 hope your appointment went well! Love the nursery! You look great!

@latershrader have a great time at your shower! We didn't do the infant care class because it didn't work with our schedule. It would have been more for my husband because he has never changed a diaper or held many babies for that matter! I've been around babies my entire life and used to work in pediatrics so we figured he will just pick up a lot from me. I honestly think he will be a natural.

  • Kp214Kp214 member
@tiffanyw1783 I hope they stay inside and keep growing.

    @MicronesianMamma love the nursery colors!

@latershrader I'm on hospital bedrest, which is a good things since being at home on bedrest would be even more challenging. id want to get up and do so much around the house.

Thank you to to everyone for the good thoughts and prayers. We made it one more day!

Afm, I've been moved to an ante partum room. The first little goal is to make it to week 30. Ultimately, we want to make it to at least week 34, but they tell me to focus on little baby goals. They haven't checked for dilation since Saturday out of concern for increasing anything that might be going on. DH has been so wonderful. I know this is hard for him, working and then trying to be here with me and Julian.

  • @Kp214 - little goals will keep you going. Celebrate each one. Once we hit a large milestone someone would bring up sparkling cider to celebrate. Being in antepartum for 8 weeks was the hardest thing my husband and I faced but I was focused on me and babies. Try to get in a routine and find something to pass time. There is only so much tv you can watch. I did puzzles, we got thick posterboards and put them on my tray so I could stay in bed. Let me know if you need someone to talk to.

  • @Kp214 I hope Julian stays put for a while longer and those little goals will get you there!

    @MicronesianMamma Love the tropical nursery!

All went well at the OB yesterday. Little guy is big - about 9lbs and heart rate and fluids are all good. I was dilated 1.5cm, so some progress. We decided to go back in on Wednesday for another check and will schedule an induction for Friday if no action by then. I did get a membrane sweep, so hoping that moves things along. I would love to avoid the induction, but I'm so ready to meet him at this point.

@kelrauh thank you. You are correct about the tv. I'm already sick of it. How can there be so many channels with nothing of interest to me?!

@tiffanyw1783 you are correct. Little goals will get me to the bigger ones. One day at a time is my mantra.

@mjacks16 so glad things went well yesterday!  How exciting that you will be meeting your little one. I pray that you have some progress tomorrow.

Hi Everyone - just a quick check in - this week is super busy for me at work trying to get work instructions ready, now having to hire a new office coordinator & electrician and a workplace accident. I still can't believe they aren't filling my role with a temp haha Maybe a rude awakening for them but - I can only prepare them right.

35 weeks, 4 days here - My due date had been August 13th but it's just been changed to August 11th in my charts so I still say August 13th but I'm cool with August 11th too since it's two days earlier lol.

Little Parker is super active - my ribs & abdomen are literally sore from it! Thankfully he "sleeps" at night though so I'm still sleeping pretty well. Had the Strep B swab done last week at my OB appt. Blood pressure was up a little bit but I've been feeling pretty good. I was told yesterday that they generally induce at one week over due. I'm happy with that! I'll confirm it at my appt next week. Dizzy spells in the am due to no water/food all night so I've got water, juice and snack back at my bedside. I drink a bottle of water and eat something before I get up now to keep them at bay. Swelling in my feet and hands a bit over the weekend but that's doing better (again, I think the water issue).

Had the big "realization" that the wonderfully relaxing weekend we just had together could be one of the last we have just us (we've got plans/DH works a lot of the weekends leading up to now). And I bawled haha. I'm so excited for the baby to get here but I think I needed a minute to mourn the loss of "just the two of us" - doing whatever, whenever we wanted.  This isn't like moving in together or buying the house or getting married. Those are events that - we really stay the same for. Having a baby is a major change - we are so ready for it but ya, just for a minute I was sad, maybe even scared. But just for a minute :)

QOTW - Rich (DH) has been my biggest support and like for @byrnem he's done okay. I've been super lucky with this pregnancy not slowing me down much but the days it does, he has a hard time recognizing it. I'm still "asking him" to do a lot of things that I've said please could you just start doing that but overall he's done pretty well. We're working on the balance but I think we're just about there. He really is great around the house after working long work weeks so I really can't complain. I'm super happy he's taking 2 weeks off with me when Parker is born (one week Pat Leave, one week vacation) and then another weeks vacation booked at the end of September and October. He really wants to be there - I think we are both going to be sooo sad when he goes back to work!

@mjacks16 - so soon now! I hope he decides to arrive before an induction but excited for you that this is the week! Nursery looks amazing!

@Kp214 - glad to hear that things seem to be going as well as they can!!

  • This board has gotten busy lately, with several people getting close to due dates and "new" people joining in the past week! So exciting!!

I'm 36 weeks and 3 days today. Still takes me by surprise some days to know I'm almost near the end. It's funny, but some days it seems like she'll be here any minute and other days it seems like forever away. I'm still feeling great and keeping active, but have started to feel off when I lay down at night. Not sure if the day just catches up with me then or what.

QOTW: DH is my main support. Has been from the day we met. He has been fantastic through the infertility journey and pregnancy. He mentioned the other day that he's not sure he's going to be able to put our daughter down once she gets here. Watching him be a dad is something I'm looking forward to.

  • @latershrader We took an infant care class. It was okay, but we had learned most of the stuff from reading. It was nice to have been able to get hands on experience with giving a bath, dressing, diapering, etc on a doll. We've never done any of those things on a real baby before.

@mjacks16 Hope your appointment today shows progress! So exciting that you get to meet your little one this week!

  • Hi everyone! I can't believe I have progressed to the 3rd trimester board. Quick intro: I'm a FTM and 28 weeks 6 days along with 1 little girl with an EDD of 9/28.
My next OB appointment is my glucose test on 7/18, but this week we made the progress of meeting and deciding on a wonderful pediatrician, which I'm thrilled to check off the list. We also went to an intro class put on by our hospital last week but still need to sign up for the labor/newborn classes.
QOTW: My DH is a huge source of support and has been throughout all the infertility suckiness, including IVF. He is so excited to be a dad, and I can't wait to see him in action. My mom and sister have both been wonderful, too, and have dealt with my frayed nerves and raging hormones like champs. My sister already has 3 of her own, but seeing how thrilled she is to become an aunt is great.

@Kp214 Thinking of you and Julian and fx he continues to stay put!

@MicronesianMamma I love how cheerful the nursery is!

@jwatt5 love that video! My husband and I were watching a tv show last night and the couple had fertility issues and ended up having IVF. Definitely showed the raw emotional aspect of dealing with infertility issues. All I kept thinking was I can't believe that we are so blessed to be expecting when so many couples are still struggling!

@tiffanyw1783 so glad your appointment went well!

    @emilye13 welcome to 3rd trimester!!

I'm antsy to see my OB today! I'm hoping he at least tells me that my cervix is softening or things have changed somewhat because everything just feels different! Way more pressure on my pelvis and hips and I feel like I'm finally waddling! I've increased my birth ball exercises to 2x a day to help her engage into my pelvis! Still eating dates, drinking my red raspberry leaf tea and staying active. I had to stop eating pineapple because it gives me terrible indigestion. I'm just trying to hopefully reduce my chances of needing to be induced at this point.
  • @ARB425 good luck at your appointment today! I'm hoping to hear some of the same things as well :) Except I don't feel ANY different. I blew up my birth ball at work and will start bouncing on it full time on Monday.

    @EmilyE13 welcome!!

Yay for great news @tiffanyw1783 !

  • @ARB425 I'm way too interested in the state of your cervix. Lol. I'm debating about starting the dates and red raspberry leaf tea. If it's helping you, then I likely will.
  • @tiffanyw1783 That's great news!

@ARB425 Hope you get/got good news at OB today!

    Welcome to 3rd tri! @EmilyE13

Thinking of you @mjacks16 Looking forward to your next update!

AFM, I was just a tiny bit under 2cm dilated on Tuesday so my OB stretched me to a nice comfortable 2cm, which was anything but comfortable. My cervix and baby's head are still high but he has started to drop. Last night I lost my mucus plug and decided to share this news (visually) with SO who immediately started gagging lol. Over the past couple of days I've definitely noticed a change in his position and the new cramps and pains. I'm hoping this means labor is soon but who knows?! My OB was surprised to learn I'm still at work and suggested I make this my last week even if I don't go into labor, so I'm officially on leave after tomorrow!!
  • @persnickity - I've heard great things about the dates. I'm only 32+4 but starting to ease them in... I don't love them so only having 2 a day for now and will increase by a 1 a day for each week (ie. next week I'll be having 3 a day). They say the ideal number is 6 a day starting at 36 weeks!

@ARB425 - hope all went well at the OB. I'm interested in these birth ball exercises you speak off... may need to look that up... I've been doing tailor sitting (basically sitting cross legged on floor), pelvic rocking, and trying to get some squats in but my knees and heels are sometimes too pained. Would be nice to have another thing to try! :)

@MicronesianMamma - one week away from due date! how exciting that you're already dilated... that seems like a good sign! Yay for being on leave after this week!

@EmilyE13 - I know the feeling of getting to third trimester and wondering how the heck that happened! haha. I'm stressing about the pediatrician thing. I keep meaning to do it and keep forgetting and of course now it's past 5 so clinics will be closed. Tomorrow I WILL remember haha... hopefully ;)

@tiffanyw1783 - that's great news about looking like 37 weeks will work out. <3

AFM - OB appointment went well yesterday, she eased my mind about a lot of things and I'm much less stressed about induction etc. She kept saying, "you know it IS possible to go early too ;) just be prepared for that also" haha. I've been so focused on the fears of going past my due date I swear she believed I hadn't given any consideration to that possibility. But that's what I'm hoping for and visualizing from here on out. I've set the intention of August 29th (don't ask me why that date, it completely randomly popped into my head so I'm going with it). I would be 29+2 on that date. FX haha. Tomorrow I have my growth scan but we're less concerned as I popped a little again and she said my belly was actually measuring on target this time. On another note that may be TMI, I had some light red spotting/light bleed yesterday. We had had intercourse the night before and I tend to spot when it's been a while (which it had) so really tried to not panic. It went away thankfully so I'm chalking it up to that... still put me on edge of course.

ps. am I the only one exhausted these days? Is this a third trimester thing or what!? All motivation out the door. Lame.

Well unfortunately I don't have any exciting news to report! No progress per the OB today. My OB believes I may have a UTI because I had a small amount of leukocytes and +1 protein in my dipstick urine. I had to give another urine after my appointment for a culture and additional testing. He believes it is a low chance for preeclampsia because my blood pressure is great, no swelling or rapid weight gain and my headache from my sinuses is improved. Hopefully it's just a UTI!

@oxinfree my birth ball exercises are simple. I work for about 20 minutes each time on the ball. I bounce on the ball using my legs, then just bounce with my butt(sounds weird I know), hip circles, figure 8 forms, rocking side to side and back and forward. My OB truly thinks this has helped her stay head down, opens the pelvis and helps baby get into position. Plus for labor it gives you the basics for laboring on the ball, helps with back pain etc.
  • I'm with @ARB425 on the no progress train. In fact the exact words were 'long and closed' :( no dilation at ALL. He also couldn't confirm if the baby was head down (which is weird since I'm pretty sure, based on hiccups, s/he is) and ordered an u/s. Excited to get one last glance in and maybe some measurements but really hope we don't accidentally see the gender!! I'll be adding your exercises to my daily routine and picking up some dates. May as well try some sex too, my DH will like that part ;)

@byrneme sorry to hear you are on the no progress train as well! Hopefully no sneak peak on the gender! I commend you for going this long and not finding out! I figured those things  can't hurt to try to get things moving! I will warn you the dates are an "acquired" taste and are super sweet. I usually add them to my spinach smoothies in the morning. Depending on my test results today I may schedule a massage and get a pedicure this weekend in hopes they work some magic on some pressure points! The bottom line is in the end we have a healthy baby and mama.
  • I have a pedi today to prep for my event this weekend and a massage Tuesday for recovery. Something will get this cervix moving lol! Thanks for the dates tip, I'll add some frozen fruit to the grocery list for smoothies!

Excited to give it a try to turn my transverse babe... and agree about the dates being an acquired taste. They are indeed super sweet, but for me it's also more a texture thing. @byrnemeHope you don't accidentally see the gender!!!

All went well at my NST on Wed an baby is doing great, he is just too happy in my belly. I was hoping labor would start Wed or Thurs night, but nothing. I'll be going in tonight at 11pm to start the induction process, so we should meet our little man tomorrow!! We can't wait. :-)
