Had my follow up ultrasound this morning and the doctor has confirmed this is an unsuccessful pregnancy. Had some growth since last week but the fetal pole looks abnormal and there "really should be a heartbeat by now" :'( My OB wants to see if I miscarry naturally but I have another follow upon Wednesday to double check…
