Pumping shield rubbing nipples raw

I am exclusively pumping every glance size that i have used has made my nipples raw I have a pink ring on my areola where it pulls it in. Not sure what else I can do I've tried nipple cream and lanolin and coconut oil on the flanges and still have the problem. Please help???

    I second lowering the suction. You could also manually express prior to pumping and coat the nipple with the EBM, then pump.

    Use larger flanges so your nipples don't rub on the edges.

    It should pull in some of your areola, if it's rubbing your nipples raw you need bigger flanges. And definitely lower the suction or try a manual pump

    I would check the size of flanges you're using. Can you see a lactation consultant?
