Super nervous about tomorrow's appointment

I have my 2nd check up tomorrow with my OB. I'm so scared. Last pregnancy, my second appt is where they found no heart beat and I was by myself when I found out I lost my baby. I'm scared it's gonna happen again. I wish I didn't have to go by myself, but everyone has to work tomorrow, including dh. I keep getting a bad feeling like it's gonna be the same as last time. So much for sleeping tonight. I will let you all know how it went around 2pm EsT
