It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
DH helped my mom out a bunch with our family party this past weekend. She's used to my dad kind of avoiding helping until everything is already done, and then he'll ask whereas DH just goes ahead and does it. She sent us a message today telling us she misses us and that DH was such a huge help and that he's a great husband for taking care of me and a great son.
@DuchessOfCambridge those are adorable! We are doing blue/gray/white nautical "nursery" and I am currently obsessed with everything from the sea for this baby boy!! Maybe even a slightly nautical name! Eek!
I scrubbed about 3/4 of the house and put away a ton of laundry. Once DH gets home and moves some stuff out of the baby's room, I can organize in there and will feel much better.

I'm officially halfway through my pregnancy today, and I found out that insurance DID pay for my NIPT testing after initially telling us they wouldn't cover it. So instead of a $2,000 bill, we had to pay $70. Win!!!
I fully cleaned 2 bathrooms, even washed the floors. Put the dog beds and rugs in the laundry and vacuumed under everything. Damn dogs, quite shedding. Took DD to the pond to catch tadpoles and baby fish.
Nesting for the win! Glad so many people have gotten some energy. Gotta take advantage while it lasts!

Went to the gym in our apartment building with DH! He didn't really want to go but was humoring me. He casually pedaled on a bike playing a game on his phone while I huffed and puffed on the elliptical.
I finished packing up our office (which had a couple hundred books) and all of our linens. I still have the guest room dresser and closet, the kitchen, and the dining room to do this week, but I finally feel like I'm making progress!
Went with a friend and her kids to pick red and black raspberries. Excited to make jam tomorrow to help the day pass quickly. I'm ready for Thursday and my AS!!!
@cmessamore Are you doing them yourself? I have to go to the doctor every single week for my shot. It's annoying but I don't think I could stick a needle in myself either.
@amber0529 yes, DH is a paramedic, so he gives me the shots. I have had to do them myself when he is working and it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I really didn't want to have to drive to my doctors office every week.
