Hey ladies!
I've been getting into meal prep lately because it makes eating healthy MUCH easier while I'm working. So far I've been working off these recipes I found on the Beachbody blog:

Ideally I'd like them to be simple, but if you have something good that takes a little extra time or effort, I'm game!
Re: Does anyone do meal prep?
I just have a grocery list that I stick to every week.
Another great choice is burrito bowls - cook up a batch of seasoned rice, beans, and protein, then let everyone build their own. If you're willing to invest a bit more time, I highly recommend trying out a slow cooker chicken tortilla soup or a hearty veggie-packed frittata. These make fantastic meal prep lunches or dinners. No matter which recipes you decide to try, the key is finding options that fir your schedule and taste preferences. I'm confident you'll be able to find some new go-to's that make meal prep a breeze.
