I selfishly picked this topic because I LOVE board games and always am looking for new ones to try. Currently I am obsessed with Codenames... lots of fun to play (especially the after dark version..)

R/R: I decided to come back over to WTO a little early because I feel like a debbie downer hanging out in TWW when everyone is hopeful and waiting to test. I should get full flow sometime late today or first thing tomorrow but my spotting has already started so I know it's coming. My rave is that I am going to look at cars again tonight with DH and I currently have it narrowed down to two options.

I'm kind of weird because I don't really like games. When I have the opportunity to get together with my friends I'm more interested in just talking and getting caught up on life vs focusing on a game. I was like this in college too though... no interest in drinking games or anything.

R/R: We are TTC#3 and in some ways it's nice to get the first BFN cycle out of the way (37 months total trying for #1 & #2). Let's hope the TTC gods go easier on us this time around.
CS/Q: Nope, but I've been using the same BBT since 2012, so I ordered a new one since my chart was a little funky last month it could be an aging BBT.

CS/Q:I have no idea how to accurately classify myself. I haven't had a period in years so I feel a little lost about what to expect, cycle wise, coming off my continuous progestin only pill. The last time I stopped this birth control to try to get pregnant I confirmed ovulation through temps and OPKS on day 20, prior to any withdraw bleeding or period. My best guess is that something similar will happen this time but, who knows. I say I'm CD 7 just because it's been 7 days since my last birth control pill and, again, no bleeding yet. I chose to tempt fate by wearing white skinny pants today.
GTKY: What is your favorite board game? I love board games! My husband and I are super competitive and haven't played a game together after we both got mad playing Settlers of Catan a few years ago. We picked up Pandemic for our recent vacation and loved having a cooperative board game instead of a competitive one. We played several times and loved it.

R/R:. rave, my OBgyn uses the surgery center in my building and was in it today. He was looking in our suite for me, as I was walking in. He asked how everything was going and when AF showed up. He got all excited that I *should ovulate soon and wished me look, told me to get busy and high fives me. He cracks me up and is so sweet.
Rant, this sinus infection won't leave. I have severe pressure and my head is killing me.

I don't really play board games, unless the kids want to. My daughter is hysterical to play battleship with, she cheats so bad

Debating still trying to sleep or getting up & playing games with them.

It's so interesting to me the connection between dental hygiene and TTC/pregnancy. I really need to get in to see a dentist myself soon!

@looeeze No, I'm just going to take a look with MH because this past weekend when I was looking at options he was out of town. We will probably make a decision by the end of the week though. My current lease ends next week.

Allowing him to finish manually is definitely the first and easiest of the options (which doesn't always work for us).

R/R: Sorry, rant today! I am 36 next Wed and we have now been trying for 6 months so my dr recommended an HSG and Semen Analysis. I picked up the kit for my husband's semen analysis a week and half ago but life kept getting in the way so now we are finally dropping it off Friday because the clinic won't let us drop it today

@justkeepswimming8 I'm getting a ton of dental work this week during IF treatments (but was able to schedule before O) b/c my dentist scared me with stories of patients getting infections while KU and turning down antibiotics because they were KU, which made the infections worse (and worse than antibiotics would have been). So I'm inclined to agree with @doxiemoxie212 on this.

R/R: *TW My sister miscarried and I feel guilty for not being happier for her KU-accident occurring when we were heading into IF stuff. She is feeling really down, obviously, after her D & C this morning. *End TW On a lighter note, my SSG went well --my uterus looks good and my tubes are clear. So that's great and all, but having a hard time being excited or relieved for myself while my sister is going through this.

What a great question! I like old classics like Scattergories, Rummy Cube, Yahtzee and Scrabble, but also lots of new board games. I think my favorite is Seven Wonders, but I also like Wiz War, Dominion, Race for the Galaxy, Descent, Carcassonne, Ticket to Ride and Eclipse.

Rant: We try to save money on our electric bill by keeping the air turned down during the day, but now that I'm home for the summer... IT'S HOT!
CS/Q: This is a random question, but how much do you talk to your SO about TTC? My DH doesn't know much about it and I don't talk to him about my fertility window. I'm thinking I need to discuss my window now that he's working more so our timing is limited.
GTKY: What is your favorite board game? Monopoly... My brother and I used to set up a game at the beginning of the summer and play a little each day until someone won. It was fun!
@looeeze just the day! I went home and took a nap. I wasn't allowed to read that day (I'm a huge bookworm) but was fine by the next!! It's one of the best things I've ever done.
@SesshomaruMom H has had trouble finishing a couple of times but I never found a way to get him to at the time. We just tried again the next day.
@vflux33 I was thinking of you this morning! I'm glad it went well! And so sorry about your sister. I am a horrible sleeper so I never noticed if it occurred more around O but I'm going to keep track now.
