Hi ladies! I have been lurking here for a few months. I participate on TTTC, but since we are about to start our first IUI cycle, I figured I would jump in! I am 28 and my DH is 27. We are on cycle 13 TTC #1. I'm not sure what the cause of our IF is. MH had an SA done in January that showed low count, but a follow up a few months later showed his count had improved significantly (from 6 million to 60 million). I'm not sure if the first was a fluke or if the lifestyle changes he made helped that much. I guess we will see what the 3rd SA shows. Other than that all our other testing is normal. I do have slightly irregular cycles (26-40 days) but my blood work shows that all my hormones are where they should be. So, I suppose we are unexplained/possible MFI. I go in tomorrow for my baseline u/s, then I will start Letrozole. Looking forward to getting to know everyone!
