Recommend areas to live!

DH and I got to talking recently and are open to the possibility of someday moving to western coast of FL... Ideally, we would like to be within an hour of a beach... and within a good school district.  Cost of living is important too - about 375k for a 4 bed/2 bath home.

TIA for any suggestions/recommendations!!

Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar and Bellair are all beautiful suburbs of Tampa. Tampa proper has some nice areas especially  around Hyde Park, but it's more expensive than your price range. St Pete has some nice areas too.
