Femara Round 4

 Hi, I am letrozole 5 mg CD 3-7 cycle 4 and have not conceived yet. Husbands SA all good, any tips?

My RE upped me to 7.5 Letrozole days 5-9. They also added injectibles to help increase number of follicles

I'm on Femara round 3 5mg days 5-9. Using donor sperm so our counts are really high. I'm responding to the meds fine. Had two good sized follicles last round. My doctor said not to worry sometimes it just takes 3-4 rounds to work.

Femara alone never did much for me, adding injectables helped some. Everyone's body reacts differently, it wasn't until they put me on injectables only that I was able to get 4 follicles vs only 1 main one with femara.

Thanks girls!   Wishing you all the best. I am not getting monitored yet, all I know is that I am ovulatory.     The plan is to try until September and then do an HSG test and then I guess go from there.
