Cut up a watermelon last night and ate way too much. I ended up having to get up and pee 3 times last night. Guess I won't be eating watermelon before bed anymore.
Last night we ate chili cheese burgers and brats, so I fully enjoyed making my entire office smell like chili leftovers at lunch time today. Mmmmmm chili makes me so happy!

Last night at 9pm I remembered I had library item due so off I went to drop it off. On the way home the shining lights of the grocery store basically took ahold of my car and guided me into the parking lot, whispering "ice cream, ice cream." I really had no choice. I ran in, grabbed a pint, and went to pay when I noticed the lines were huge and suddenly I felt very silly stopping at the store at 9pm just for ice cream. Some kind souls took pity on me (I can only assume they saw the belly and my stereotypical pregant girl purchase), and let me cut the entire line so I could take my ice cream and leave happily.
I made a salmonella oozing egg and cheese on an English muffin for breakfast. Then I get to my OB's office pavilion and discovered a cafe. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese as a second breakfast. Now I'm waiting in the waiting room and contemplating what I'm eating after this appt. hungry hungry momma.
I'm right there with you @canonmom413 I had a french toast bagel this morning and at work there is some seminar in the training center and my coworker comes down to my desk with extra breakfast sandwiches from the seminar. I'm eating second breakfast now!
Panera emailed to remind me this morning I have my free bagels this month. Oh I would love a cinnamon crunch bagel right now. But the thought of loading up all 3 kids and dragging them into Panera is rough right now...
I had oatmeal and a banana this morning for breakfast. I was ready for lunch at 9:30 so I ate a yogurt I have here at work. It did nothing doritos (ETA this should have been "for" and now i really need doritos in my life.. thanks auto correct!) me. Now I'm sitting here at work counting down the minutes until lunch time. It can't come soon enough.
My listeria intake has significantly decreased since starting this new placement at the probation office. I'm now outside of Jimmy John's delivery radius
On the upside, I have delicious leftovers that I'm about to heat up even though it's only 11:15 right now. Ravioli, red bell pepper, and Italian sausage in a vodka sauce. Yum!
Random but...anyone have any good recipes that utilizes ground turkey? I typically use it for tacos, but I bought a 4 pack at Costco so...I need 3 more recipes lol
@purplestarz we've used it to make a salad. Season and brown the turkey to your liking, then add it atop whatever greens you like. Top it however you like. We'll add hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, red onion, black beans, shredded cheese, and cucumbers. I don't really add dressing to it, but that's personal preference.

Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have, but I had OJ with my lunch and heartburn/nausea is striking with a vengeance. I'm sitting here munching some plain old cheerios to hopefully settle my stomach.

This may not be super healthy but my stove shorted out this morning so I have to bake whatever I eat. Tired of chicken and need to zing things up. I hope it turns out like the pic!

This is why I leave the cooking to DH...at least I have ketchup to douse these bland and unattractive tenders in.
ETA- removed pic. I think I got sick from the chicken and it just looked huge and disgusting.

Because we have an electric stove and making a fire in the fire pit is too much work, I made myself some microwave Smores tonight. Although the marshmallows are less "toasty" at least the microwave makes it smooshy all the way through. Still delicious.

I'm jelly of all the drive-thru options in the US. Australia needs to catch on

I'm so hungry today. I'm trying to save some money so I'll be raiding the pantry for snacks.
