Happy Monday everyone... I've been away most of this week... so I'll need to catch up.

for now-

1. Not new.

2. CD 8 WTO. I'll be using the Clear blue ovulation test for the first time this month... Curious how it will go and if it could help. We're BDing EOD now. 

3. My allergies are killing me. I'm so excited for the spring and flowers blooming but I feel like my head is going to explode. I've been off allergy meds sense starting TTC last fall- and it's killing me. 

4. I can't wait for my summer vacation. We're seeing family in the states and I'm so excited to go back and eat lots of BBQ and spend time with family.

2. Status? 1st cycle post-mc.  TWW

3. R/R? Rant - I think I'm getting sick  My whole face hurts, I've been coughing for a week, and my ears are all stopped up.
Rave - I am so thankful for such a supportive family, and for the support of the ladies here on this board.  DH and I have had a rough 6 months, and knowing we have so many people rooting for us makes things a little easier.

4. GTKY: Now that it's summer, what are you most looking forward to over the next couple of months? I guess now I'm looking forward to moving home and being around family more.  I have a lot to finish up at work over the next few weeks though.

4th cycle TTCAL - very end of TWW AF will probably start soon

The only rant I can think of is that DD is on summer break now and it's making it very hard to get things done around the house and with my business.  I've put in an email to DH's mom who is retired and inquired about her possibly taking DD for the afternoon some time this week.  It's totally hard to be a SAHM and own a business too.  So thankful she is in grade school now.

lots of time with family.  hopefully we will go on a small vacation this year.  Haven't done one in 2 years due to a huge project DH was completing.  swimming and date nights with DH will be good to.

I just had a great mom's weekend away, but I'm feeling defeated. I can't stand people telling me that the universe will work out or telling me stories about how when their friends stopped trying they miraculously got pregnant. Thats what the weekend was filled with.

I can NOT wait for our vacation next month in Central Oregon! And lots of time in the pool at our cabana club.

4. GTKY: Now that it's summer, what are you most looking forward to over the next couple of months? Being in my pool, laying on my hammock and reading, and enjoying the fruits of my garden (which right now looks more like a weed patch than anything else. Eep!)

@ladipale Sorry. That sucks when everyone tries to be ‘helpful’. Sometimes I wish I just had a STFU sign I could hold up.

School gets out the 16th. Doing summer school after all. BUT I am going camping for a week.

3. R/R? My body is so sore.  I went to jazzercise training on Friday and now my bad leg is even worse.  Pain is unbearable.  Makes me sad that I can't do what I used to do.  I'm going to have to find a specialist 

4. GTKY: Now that it's summer, what are you most looking forward to over the next couple of months? Wish I had a summer break so jealous of all the teachers.  We are going to the beach in MI over 4th of July and celebrating our anniversary while we are there.  Other than that we have no plans just trips to the zoo or parks and up to see my family 

@jchpg hope allergies get better.

3. Rant: I have so much freaking housework to do from us being on vacation last week and no motivation.  I just want to take a nap.  Bloating and gas pains have been crazy this go around.
4. I bought pool passes for DS and myself.  I'm going to have an awesome tan!!!

@ladipale. I feel the same way. People tell us to go on vacation and my neighbor told me to go ahead and start the adoption process - wtf?!?!?!

@ladipale and @vlagrl29 When people tell me I just need to 'relax' and let it happen, I remind them that A) Relaxing doesn't solve true infertility issues and B ) I don't seem to have a problem getting KU, but rather in keeping a baby to full term and sometimes if I'm in a particularly PO'd mood add C) That I've seen a MFM specialist, 2 REIs, my OB, and done a slew of tests and ask them their credentials and how they think me just 'relaxing' to get PG will help me to have an alive baby this time instead of a 5th MC?
If I'm feeling lazy I go with the abbreviated version of A) Stare stupidly mouth-agape at them and stammer that it just doesn't work that way. Cause... science...

2. Status? TWW testing weds if no AF. 10dp trigger. FX, but not holding my breath. No symptoms at all.

i don't think I'll be going to my sisters "sprinkle" this weekend. We are close, but it's becoming harder each time I see her. We started trying at the same time and she's due early August. I haven't told her yet. Plus I can't stand the person throwing it for her.  

4. GTKY: Now that it's summer, what are you most looking forward to over the next couple of months?
Concerts, baseball, taking our boat out!

@dpjennifer - oh my god! yes! my friends basically told me to start the adoption process. I don't see how that would keep me pregnant. I've had 2 losses in the 2nd trimester. no issue getting pregnant, just staying....

@jchpg benedryl, Zyrtec etc. are safe in pregnancy, is there a reason for you not taking them? (Other than possible mucous drying effects)

1. Yo! Cycle 8 or so TTCAL. Still have excellent thyroid control so we keep chugging on.
2. WTO, CD12. I hope to tonight and Wed night before I go to Chicago Thurs morning. That's all we get for this month.

4. I'm so excited to get my boards out of the way 6/26 so I can finish out the last 2 weeks of my job, go to NM and work for a week, then go directly to NY to hang with my family in the woods for a week before coming back and starting my new job 8/1. Ahhh...also, I think I just created the world's longest sentence? Ha!

@amberruka - Sunriver! (just south of Bend). And yes, yes, yes. LOVE Oregon The high desert is my super happy place. I'll be there 10 days this year - last year I stayed 3 weeks and it was amazing.

@Chawk17 - I live in the Bay Area. We make the drive every year - with the kids it takes 12 hours but so worth it!

i have to say I think DH is getting annoyed with me because lots of times I've said to him "it's not the right time" "we are not where we are meant to be to have another Baby" "I'm past my prime" "I'm leaving it to God" "I don't want to mess with what the universe is trying to tell us"  so yeah maybe I'm that person lol.

i have been mostly a lurker. I had a missed MC in 2014, DS in 2015, and this year - two MCs and I suspect a CP as well. 

2. Status?

Early MC on May 25. Doc said try again this month but DH wants to "give it a break."

3. R/R?
OB said I could come in for blood testing. When we sat down to talk about it, he said that it was probably just chromosomal issues because two MCs in a row (after I had DS) is not a concern. It just confused me about if I should start testing or not. Maybe it just bothered me that he seemed so unconcerned when this issue consumes me 24 / 7. I had blood drawn.

3. Thank you so much for all of your kind words, positive vibes, and well wishes. It really means a lot! I wanted to reply and tag everyone but I had a busy Saturday and huge migraine Sunday right before my surgery. 

Everything went well. I was there forever because my RE had a longer than expected surgery for before me. I guess what he had me scheduled for he does with most patients. All of the hospital staff called it the "Abuzied special," lol. 

He didnt end up removing my fibriod. He said it was really small and probably not effective my fertility. He did diagnose me with stage one endometriosis and removed spots on my bladder and uterus. He told DH and my mom that he wants to treat it and he feels extremely optimistic about my chances of conception. I guess he said that with endo inflammation it can cause the body's immune system to attack and kill sperm. I'm sure I'll find out more next week when I have my follow up. 

4. I love summer. We want to take our pup camping (we got her in the fall so she's never been), and my mom has a pool so we all go swimming a lot. I'm looking forward to spending our first summer in our new house!

I promise I will respond and participate this week...I'm just still a bit drowsy from the anesthesia yesterday. I didn't even get home until 8pm!

2. 11DPO  Temp drop two days in a row.  AF is around the corner

3.  The weather has been miserable in the Northeast.  46 degrees today in Boston and rainy.  WTF?  Oops, I'll save that for tomorrow.  

4.  I'm looking forward to not having to go to work.  I have the whole summer off.  However, I need to find of ways to entertain myself.   I can't wait for hot dogs on the grill, watermelon and corn on the cob.  

I'm also liking that I have the whole summer to go to RE appointments!

2. Benched. 1 cycle post mc but OB and BF have said to wait for one more cycle before I'm 'emotionally' ready to TTC. 
3. I feel I am emotionally ready to TTC and yet of course not emotionally ready if I mc again, but is anyone ever emotionally ready for the worst outcome? 
4. We recently bought a small boat, I'm really looking forward to getting out on the water. We aren't boaters so it's been a bit of a learning curve already. And I'm really looking forward to road trips. We love to get away for a few days, usually somewhere close by but far away enough that it feels like a vacation

@jchpg it almost looks like it's snowing here with all the pollen in the air, I feel for anyone with allergies

@40momma I say the same thing to DH every month we try - I am emotionally ready to TTC but another MC, not so much. And no, no one is ever ready for the worst outcome.

@40momma and @chaser61 I don't think any of us are emotionally ready for another MC. We could wait a year and we still won't be ready for that.  I've had two and have said the same thing to myself but I can't not try again.

@chaser61 and @Mack2342 I feel the same way after 4 MC. Every time I feel emotionally strong enough to try again and feel ready and feel like I am prepared for either outcome, I'm still torn up after the next MC.

1. Kind of new. Back again. My timeline is 3MC, 1H&H DD who is now 2yrs old. And been TTC #2 for a year now and recently had MC @ 9wks.
2. TTC using ava fertility bracelet, but not sure of its accuracy so also using Opks and FF.
3.Vacation next week!!!!!
4. Most looking forward to pool time and just being outside.

Ladies this is not an easy decision for me, but I've decided to take a small break from these boards.  It's something I've been internally struggling with but I'm tired of feeling like my life is in limbo every month - WTO, TWW, WTF haha

A couple months ago I made new goals for my life and goals for the summer - individually and as a family.  I really want to enjoy my life and accomplish some things that I can't feel I can completely do unless I let go of this part.  There is so much for me to be greatful for at this present moment.

I'm not giving up but I'm not going to put forth any effort in it.  DH says he is not giving up.  I just need to enjoy my life again.  I'm afraid that if I focus too much on what I don't have I may miss out on enjoying what I do have which is DD.  At least I have 1 living child to cherish and it's not fair to her or me to spend too much of my effort on something that may or may not ever happen.  I don't want to miss out on her fun years as a 6 year old and beyond.  I feel I'm searching for something that is already in front of me.

I'm not the kind of person that wants to eagerly move onto medical intervention.  I don't believe I need it for 1 - all our fertility tests came back just fine.  If DH and I get back to my OB at my annual in august and I'm still not pregnant we will revisit what the next option is.  I'm definitely not interested in an RE - we don't have the money for it and I don't think my anxiety is up for it.

Obviously I've appreciated this community so much and all of the support I've gotten.  I'm sure I will still lurk

@vlagrl29 I completely understand. I have left the boards a few times myself during this crazy journey. You do what is best for you and your family. Hopefully one day we will see a post with your name on it announcing a BFP. Until then enjoy your time with your family this summer. I wish you all the best!
