  • @poandhendrix I'm having a similar issue. My body seems to hate sleeping through the night and I naturally wake up anywhere between 12am-8am. I wake up most frequently at 6am though, so I'm using that as my "tracking" time. But there have already (even though this is my first cycle tracking BBT) been a few nights that I wake up at 4am, tos and turn (thinking I'll go back to sleep) only to have my work alarm go off at 6:30 and remind me to temp. So not sure how accurate my BBTs are. Using OPKs and CM seems to be a good indicator, so we'll have to wait and see if I get CH from FF.

  • @poandhendrix Hi! I'm just jumping in to say it's my understanding that the consistent time is more important for each cycle. It does not necessarily have to be the same always. So if you have 7-12 weeks of your current schedule I wouldn't worry about the 530am alarm this month  :)
    YAY! I was hoping this would be okay, since that is exactly what I was going to do this month. :D

    Oooo this is fun! Just getting back into the boards after my DD. Took me a bit to figure out the acronyms again :-)

    Month/Cycle: 1/1

    CD: 1

    WAYDTGKU: We are just starting again! AF is in full force but I will be temping, OPKs, CM

    R/R: My period was completely randomly one week late (when I am normally like clockwork). I thought I was going to get to skip the whole TTC process for #2! Sadly AF came today! And my DD is finally feeling better after a long bought of colds and it was so nice to be able to play with her happy self today.

    GTKY: Stolen from TWW- If you can't get to sleep at night, what do you do to help yourself fall asleep? 

    I use targeted relaxation where through each part of my body and tighten and relax the muscles. Or I will do a mindfulness app that has some meditation stuff on it.  Think it's call "Relax, Breathe, Think."
