3 false positive pregnancy tests!

I can't believe this, but I took 2 frer tests and 1 clear blue digital test and they all came back as positive. 1 day later I got my period and my doctor still wanted to do a blood test. My hcg levels are at 1. They told me I was never pregnant and that all 3 tests were faulty. Never thought this was possible.  My period was late and I took the tests 2 different days in a row. Anyone else ever have this happen? So weird! I don't think I'll ever take a home pregnancy test again. If I'm a week late, I'll just go to the doctor. What a waste of money!!
