I love the way S wraps her arms around my neck and burrows her head into my shoulder when I sing her to sleep. I love her little hand resting on my chest when she nurses. I love that she grabs my ears and pulls my face into hers so she can give me a great big slobbery kiss.
I love his little giggles especially when he's laughing at his big brothers. It warms my heart to see them interacting playing. Even tho it can be frustrating and times I love how he's such a little momma's boy right now. He usually only wants me and reaches for me when others are holding him.
I love when he looks up at me and just smiles. And when I go get him from his crib and he stops crying and just smiles at me. I love watching his face lights up when his daddy comes home from work. I hearing his giggle, especially when he's laughing at the doggies. I love when he just hold on to me. Ahh. I love how full he makes me feel. He's my world.
I love how A giggles and pretends she's shy (and bats her eyelashes) when someone compliments her. I love that she kisses me by sucking the end of my nose. I love how she lights up when her daddy walks into a room. She screams when she's happy and she makes the most adorable content noise when she sucks her feet in her mouth. I do love her more than I thought was possible.
I love her kisses and how excited she gets when I come home from work. The noise she makes and the way she moves when excited is so cute. Her laugh and smile are the best. I love how she feels accomplished when she is able to do something new.
- his smiles and giggles, especially the loud ones - he's starting to give kisses which crack me up - when he lays his head on my shoulder/chest as I'm trying to get him to sleep
I love his gummy little smile and when he looks up from playing to look for me and breaks into the best, most radiant smile like I'm the best person ever. I love watching him play with H and hearing his deep, big boy laugh. I love how he smiles at literally everyone and how that smile can make someone's day. I love all the noises that he is constantly making, even the crazy shrieking. I love watching his little body grow and change every day and all the new things he's learning to do. I love that he sleeps through the night and naps like a champion!
He's truly the most remarkable thing I've ever seen. I'm completely enraptured with him.
I love how much he smiles, and the way he looks at me like I am the most special thing in the whole world. I love how hard he giggles when he sees a dog, and how he wiggles his little body when he gets excited. I love when he creeps his way across the floor to try to crawl in my lap, and how he looks up and smiles when I go to get him out of his crib. I love that he likes getting his teeth brushed, and how he opens his little mouth just perfectly to let me brush them. I just love love love this little man.
I love her funny faces that she discovered she can make. I love her smile and her always smiling when seeing me, even if she's been crying she puts on a smile right away. I love that she smiles at everybody and people leave smiling too. I love her attack kisses. I love it that when she's sooo tired, but can't seem to fall asleep. So she wants my head touching her head and holds it tight and close. I love early mornings when she spent the night with me and her little hands touch (and ouch, pinch) my face to wake me up. She greets me with, you guessed it, her biggest smile!
Eventhough this has been the toughest job I've had so far, it's definitely the most rewarding one. She is my world.
I love the hitch in his big breaths as he snuggles up against whatever bare skin he can find on me and the giant smile and coos when he looks at me like I'm the only one who matters.
I love the way she stretches both of her arms out wide, then grabs my face on both sides to give me a big, slobbery kiss. I love how self-confident she is — she doesn't care that she's a baby; she wants to do everything her big brother does and is so fearless about it. I love that she loves to swim and how she makes everyone at the pool laugh because she literally smiles the entire time she is in the water. I love her chunky little baby rolls, her squishy cheeks, and her pouty lips; I just want to squeeze her and kiss her all the time.
I guess I should get in on this so I don't look like a jackass
I love nursing him and him holding my hand/finger or even playing with my hair. I still love when he falls asleep nursing and I get to just stare at his face. I also love how much he loves oatmeal. He dives face first into the spoon. Makes me laugh every time. I also love to sneak into his room at night and take pictures of him sleeping with his butt up in the air. He is still such a mommas boy so if he sees me in a room he wants me to be the one to hold him. I don't think being his favorite will ever get old.
I love her little personality! She is a wild one and is never still. I love how she grabs my face/nose when I get close to her. I love her little laugh. I love that she is so interested in our animals. I also love that she loves everyone.
I think I said this before but I just love her smile and how her face lights up when she sees Daddy. She can't stop smiling . I just can't believe how beautiful she is.
@leighry - Now I'm the jackass since it took me even longer to jump on this train!
I love that first smile in the morning that lights up the room, even if she was fussing before I walk in, she is always thrilled to see me (or DH). I love that after she coughs (which I think she's been doing sometimes for fun) she gives this big adorable sigh. I love her giggle which she doesn't do often, but when she does is magical. I love her adoration for our cat, how she gives a little shriek when she sees him and that he tolerates her touching/pulling on him a bit before (gently) admonishing and walking away. I love her love of books and music. I love how she snuggles in to my neck when she's sleepy, but is also so curious that she pops her head up often to check out what's going on elsewhere.
I came back from my unintentional hiatus to this sweet post!
I love that DD wants nothing more in this world than to be with me. As much as it is exhausting sometimes, it's the best feeling ever to be someone's favorite! I love the way she cocks her head to the side of my shoulder and hugs me when she's sleepy. I love her vigor for food! I love the way she looks just like my husband. I love the sprout of hair on the very top of her head. I love the way her face lights up when she plays with her big sister.
