I've been having a lot of stomach issues this week. I thought my gallbladder was going to explode last night. I'm insanely tired and I feel like she is going to fall out of me any moment now. 3 weeks togo!
Super tired, last monday 15th i went to hospital for instense itching they did blood work thinking its cholestasis turns out the results take 2-3 weeks to come in. Friday 19th was back in hospital as we thought i had leaking, my doctor checked me and my blood pressure fell really low. I now have to do twice a week nst's, once a week ultrasound and once a week doctor apts. Just turned 37 weeks. Dr. Wants to talk about induceing i know waiting for blood results but he doesn't want to risk it. Im completely exhausted, not really hungry much and just done im sure everyond is feeling the being done, we will find out more tuesday what we will be doing, in the mean time i have another nst Saturday and have to keep an eye on baby movements.
I have three appointments this morning. The first of which is an ultrasound then NST, checking for cervical changes and whatever else they throw in the mix. Baby has been crazy in there though. The lower abdumen pain was nuts especially last night. If she hadn't been head down for weeks I'd have suspected that's what she was up to. Holy crap! The force she was using and pain hopefully created some sort of progression. I've got 3 weeks left but it sure never hurts to hear we're moving in the right direction!
Ive been waking up and feeling like I'm starving to death or nauseated. I can't sleep in past 6:15am to save my life. It's bright out and my body is like get up and EAT!
I'm trying not to think too much into it, but I've got a slight menstrual cramp thing going on this morning. I'm hoping it is exercise or gas related but I do have an appointment today and will bring it up. There is nothing else alarming about it, just dull ache in back and lower uterus area.
I have this pain in my middle back, I think my rib is out of place (happens to me occasionally). I am officially moved to STL though and my chiropractor is in Michigan so I haven't been in a few weeks. Nervous about finding a new one this late in my pregnancy though.
Other than that, same old symptoms getting progressively worse : heartburn, SPD paid, swollen feet, trouble sleeping.
Every time I ate yesterday I would feel sick for 2 hours after. Then I woke up at 2:30 in the middle of the night starving! I think my stomach is officially gone.
BH are more consistent and stronger. They woke me up again last night because it made me short of breath. C'mon baby! You've got to stay put for a little longer!
I have been cramping and having lots of BH, but nothing that screams labor. My first cervical check I was 2 cm and 75% effaced, I have since increased to 3 cm and 80% effaced so hoping she will be showing up soon. She is super low, but obviously not ready to come out yet.
I am having the same thing. Sometimes it's light and other times feels like it's not going to stop. I'm only 35 weeks. Dr says it's normal. Good luck with it!
My feet are swelling. Today, I had to wear my tennis shoes because I couldn't squeeze my feet into my danskos.
I had an appointment yesterday. I'm almost 37 weeks and measured 40!!! I've been measuring large at most of my appointments, and my midwives aren't concerned. They said I'll probably measure a little smaller once the baby drops. They didn't suggest a scan or anything.
And I'm excited because my midwife said, although she didn't want to get my hopes up, she thinks the baby might come a bit early, which I've thought pretty much all along. Of course, I want the baby to stay in as long as he needs to but I've thought since my due date was adjusted that it was wrong by 4 days up to a week.
For those of you with frequent BH, how frequent? I've been having them every 5-7 minutes all day long for days and it is driving me crazy!!
I've had BH everyday but no where near as regular as yours sound. Mine will last 1-2 minutes but will come every hour or so.
Ive had some "fun" new symptoms this week. I am so dizzy that simply standing, I will wobble backwards and need to catch myself. It's so frustrating trying to play with my son or just cook dinner! And I'm starting to feel like I'm back in first trimester with nausea and exhaustion again. All seem totally normal but I definitely haven't missed these symptoms.
Im going on bedrest this week since I have high BP and history of pre-e with my son. I'm only 34 weeks though so I'm hoping everything stays on level for at least three more weeks!
Sooo... They say if you're having BH to change your activity, drink water, and go to the bathroom. So, I find it a little strange that my BH starts when I get in the car to go home at the end of the day. Anyone else experience this?

Well mine don't seem to care if I'm active or sedentary, but I think I feel them more in the car. Maybe if you're active at work sitting down for the drive starts them?

Mine don't seem to care either. They go on all day, but are more frequent when I sit down in the evening to watch TV. Its not a hydration issue as I'm trying to drink 90oz of water daily. Every time I woke up last night, I was contacting.

I get a ton in the car. I get one every time I'm going to stand up, when I need to pee, when I'm hungry or thirsty. They wake me up at night. It's been pretty constant for weeks now.
TMI warning. Are varts a thing people are experiencing? I had some the other day that made me get up to check for discharge. There was some, but not watery, like I was partially expecting. As on dumb question board, I wonder if it has anything to do with dialating more, or just because I was wearing crotch tight pants.
I had some a couple weeks ago that made me giggle like no other but considering I'm only at 35 weeks now and this was a couple weeks ago, I doubt it has anything to do with dialating

What is a vart? Not being snarky I just can't understand your question.
@neludelu I think it is a vagina fart @lizerspitz I have not experienced this yet at 39 weeks, but I may not be dilated. I have only occasionally experienced varts after sex.

Those are called queefs. (<~ love that word), and I usually get them after sex too, like @kyreno11 mentioned. I'm not sure if there's a correlation between dilation and queefs.

So sorry you've got the additional stress, but welcome to STL!
My back has been aching off and on since last night. That's where I always experience period cramps, so I'm hoping it escalates and the BHs turn into real contractions, but I'm trying not to get my hopes up. It is so difficult to think about other things right now!
@kyreno11 I am in the same boat, totally obsessed with every new feeling and wondering if baby will show up soon! I woke up from a nap with upper abdominal pain and have been trying to decide if it means anything.
I can't think about anything else other than when this baby is going to come! Anyone else obsessed?
this is totally me! every little pain I think "Is this going to develop into something" every time I go to the bathroom I'm expecting my water to break (that is what happened last time). The obsession is real! Which also makes me feel like because I'm obsessing over it, it's never going to happen. I've had a pretty easy pregnancy so far and this part has been the worst.....such a mind eff!
Beginning just today I have a spot on my upper left abdomen that's kind of sore. If I press on it, it's slightly more uncomfortable but never really painful exactly. When I bend over at all it kind of feels like that one spot is stretching so I don't think it's just due to baby's position. Is this something that's normal this far along? Just things being stretched out to the max?
My new thing seems to be waking up to throw up at 2am. No matter what I eat it's coming back up right around 2-3am. I had forgotten how horrible this was in the 1st tri!
Here's one I don't think I've seen talked about...I have the strangest obsession with typically not-so-appealing smells. Like medical buildings, basements, etc. I had this in the 3rd tri with DS, too.

Yes! There is a slightly musty smelling place in one of the exhibits at our zoo. It's in a lower level and is supposed to be an underground cave. I'm obsessed with it and just want to hang out there. There are a few other odd smells I'm really into right now, but that is the weirdest.
