6) GTKY: If your childhood had a smell, what would it be?

1) How many weeks are you? 19 weeks!

2) How big is baby? Mango.

3) How are you feeling? Out of breath and achy. I keep thinking Braxton Hicks are starting already then I realize I just can't breathe.

4) Any appointments or tests this week? Nope. Next appointment is June 7th.

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? I cannot wait for this weekend. I'm having girl time with a friend and I am so looking forward to non-mom time.

6) GTKY: If your childhood had a smell, what would it be? Probably fresh cut grass and mud. My sisters and I were tomboys and were constantly outside in the summertime doing things like finding frogs/crawdads and digging up mud to make "pots".

3) How are you feeling?  I woke up this morning, that's a win.

4) Any appointments or tests this week? Nothing till next month!

5) Rants/Raves/Questions?  The raging anger hormones are in full force today. No filter.

6) GTKY: If your childhood had a smell, what would it be?  The mountains. It has a smell, I promise. With the faint smell of horse poop from the pasture next door.

@natleilynn Is it weird that I think horse/cow manure has a certain pleasant smell?

@jessafishy I try not to judge. For a very long time, I thought gasoline smelled amazing. My parents said when I was little I asked if they made gasoline scented perfume.

So yeah. No judgement here.

@natleilynn I also used to like how gasoline smelled.

I also am not and have never been a smoker, but the smell when someone is smoking a cigarette is a guilty pleasure. Not the lingering stale smoke but the during smoking. There's a difference to me.

@natleilynn @jessafishy the smell of gasoline sometimes reminds me of summers boating with my family and the smell of the gas when we went to the marina to fill up the boat. I don't know if it's the smell itself that I like, but I definitely enjoy the good memories and associations.

1) How many weeks are you? 20 weeks! Half way!

2) How big is baby? Banana

3) How are you feeling? Good!  Fat but good.

4) Any appointments or tests this week? I had my anatomy scan on Monday!  Got to see baby and it's a boy!  Everything looked great. They couldn't see all of his heart or diaphragm so we get to have another look at our next appointment. 

5) Rants/Raves/Questions? Rants:  my u/s tech was super bitchy and cold. It made me nervous something was wrong while she was doing it. It should have been a super happy moment but she kind of ruined it. Also, I'm in my sister in laws wedding in July and I picked up my dress and it's already pulling and puckering at the waist on the lining. It's stretchy material and no way to let it out but I think I'm going to have to go back and size up. Boo. 

6) GTKY: If your childhood had a smell, what would it be? Hay, mud, and animals. Grew up a farm in the middle of the country. Spent all my time outside. But I loved it and wouldn't change anything.
