How far along are you? 19 weeks today! 

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? No, my belly is slowlyyyyy getting a little bigger though. So exciting! 

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? We had the AS on Friday. Everything is healthy and LO is a boy! I have a regular monthly check-up on Wednesday of this week. 

Rants/raves? Rant to my stupid self who can't get motivated to get work done between semesters when I actually have time. Get it together, self! 

Questions for FTM, or STM+? None at the moment. 

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? I just started This is Us. Oh my goodness, I don't know why I waited so long. This show is amazing!

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? I'm noticing my feet are starting to feel sore and a little swollen.  

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? AS on Thursday.  We are having a girl!  She looks healthy and they changed her due date to 9/30, but I'm still going by the original date of 10/4.

Rants/raves? Not pregnancy related, but it's been so stinking hot the last couple of days.  But on the positive, a friend just donated their old glider chair for us to use.  Completely unexpected and much appreciated.

Questions for FTM, or STM+?  Anyone else feeling a little overwhelmed with planning/prepping?  

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading?  I need to finish reading a book I started (The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k).  We don't watch a whole lot of TV, but right now we're re-watching Futurama on Netflix.  It takes a lot of effort to start watching a new show in our house, lol.

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? None since last check-in, but my AS is this afternoon!!
Rants/raves? I can't wait to see our little one today and find out if it's a he or a she!

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? If I'm being honest... I've had How I Met Your Mother playing on shuffle for some background noise. I'm not currently reading a series, but I'm reading a book called Rooftops of Tehran. It's pretty good, although it's taken me several months to get through because it wasn't that engaging at the beginning and I didn't pick it up for a while.

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? No appointments here.

Rants/raves? Last night I was laying in bed, placed my phone on belly, and drank some cold water and watched baby move and wiggle my phone! It was so amazing!

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? Right now we are watching Street Outlaws. I loved This Is Us and can't wait for the new season to start!

How far along are you? 21 weeks today.. I need to change my ticker. I forget how to already lol.

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? I have really not been sharp at work today or yesterday.. pregnancy brain. My feet are swelling a little bit especially on the hotter days and they hurt like first thing in the morning. Also some heart burn but that seems to be calm today.

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? I had a routine appointment yesterday. We confirmed the due date of October 3rd, finally! My doctor also read the anatomy scan results and she said everything looked good!

Rants/raves? There is just not enough time in the day. I also have been so sleepy the last couple of days.

Questions for FTM, or STM+?  Nope. 

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? We've been watching Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia, kinda as background noise too. The show is so ridiculous yet great! We also binge watch Impractical Jokers on Tru TV. I die laughing at every episode. If you never have watched you should really give it a try! Some of the stuff is a little immature but its generally hilarious.

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? Well, I can feel LO moving more now which is quite exciting. Otherwise, things are just about the same. 

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go?  Yes! I had my A/S yesterday. Everything went well. LO was moving quite constantly which gave my OB one heck of a time getting measurements. I will need to go back for an ultrasound to grab a few missing measurements.

Rants/raves? Rant: Got a stretch mark on my tummy. I'm sure this is only the beginning. My hips, thighs, and butt, are already all striped out. There goes my youth! At least I like High-Waisted Pants.

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? I just finished Anne with an E on Netflix. I am on Season 2 of "Call the Midwife" but I am teetering on the edge of giving it up. It just involves too many close up baby births that I find unrealistic. Otherwise, it's a good show.

@ariz17  - Glad your A/S went great, congratulations on narrowing down that DD.
@nhoover88 super jealous of your moving baby. Although mine moves, it's not quite at the point of seeing it over skin.
@soprano19 GL at your appointment!!! Please update us!
@Brambles23 I do feel overwhelmed. I've actually procrastinated quite a bit. Someone asked me if I had my registry yet and I did not! It's just too soon, too unreal.

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? About the same with a little more movement! 
Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? Had my 20 week AS last Friday. Everything looks good and no more placenta previa! Dr also mentioned my 2 small blood clots were gone - didnt know they were there at the 16 week AS. 
Rants/raves? I'm kinda in love with maternity clothes - shirts and dresses at least. I'm 5'10" and its so nice that all of these shirts are so long.

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? Anyone else watch The Magicians? I'm halfway through the first book and it is not like the show, which is probably a good thing.

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? No, but I'm seriously showing now.
Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? No.
Rants/raves? We are making progress on our nesting. Getting lots of projects done or started around the house. This past weekend a friend gave me a bunch of her daughter's old clothes and other goodies - a swing, high chair, stand-up toy, etc. It felt like Christmas!
Questions for FTM, or STM+? Any tips for hiding your belly? I have a few job interviews and other meetings coming up and I don't care if they think I'm pudgy but I don't want them to know I'm pregnant yet.
GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? Umm... I'm too busy reading TB to read actual books. I'm supposed to read Brain on Fire for book club this month. I've been watching the Great British Bake-Off on Netflix, but beware it's only going to increase the cravings!

I've caught a cold and I hate everyone. Baby has changed in movements - less flops and rolls and more jerky jabs and stretches. Also shortness of breath - I think my lungs are getting squished.

I really mad I got sick after DH went above and beyond to prevent me catching what he had. I'm blaming IL. 
Raves now that DH feels better though he started cleaning out some boxes from the nursery, on his own, last night. He's really excited to decorate now that he found a Toy Story inspired nursery on Pinterest. Such a cutie.

No - just need to go revive a lot of the earlier threads about registries and what they would do differently. 
GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading?
were going through the Alien movies right now. Watched Alien, Prometheus, Covenant (in theaters) and now going to work onto Alien 2 and 3. 
Other than that I'm trying to finish up vampire diaries. I started last January then powered through until Elena turned vamp. Lost interest. Then picked it up again and am stuck in the lost interest but so close to finishing phase where Elena is stuck in the box. Just trying to finish so I can move onto the Originals lol.

19+4--almost halfway, holy crap.

Hmm. I think maybe I'm finally feeling LO. Not completely sure, though. Besides that, just a little RLP plus I'm super duper emotional all the time. 

Eta: oh and occasional lightning crotch. That's fun.

Arghzzzz I haven't had an appt in forever. Next Tuesday is my AS, though!!! And early gd test, but we shall focus on the positives

I just posted in the sticky thread, but the AS went great and we are having a girl!! My H was so excited that he cried. It was so sweet and he's going to be the best girl dad.

@bluejeanbabi05  - i had lightning crotch the other day for the first time... i didnt know what was happening to me. I thought maybe baby was kicking me in the cervix or something. not fun.

@PizzaMonster3 - Originals is so good! I had a hard time at the end there with VPD. When Elena gets trapped in the box (aka leaves the show) I lost interest big time... Originals though, its good. You could probably start season one now since a lot of it pertains to VPD.

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? I'm with @Brambles23. My feet are not happy with me lately. My toes look like little sausages by the end of the day. 

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? had our A/S this morning. we got to see some fun pics of baby's face, but her position made it difficult to get everything they needed. we'll be going back in two weeks for another try.

Rants/raves? this is the 2nd time our little girl has been stubborn and wasn't able to get the pics they needed for the scan...i like that i get to see her one last time, but i wish i knew everything was okay. They told me i should leave feeling good about the baby and that from what they could tell everything looks great, but they weren't able to see everything they needed to for her heart....

Questions for FTM, or STM+? STM's: Has anyone ever gone for a Fetal Echo? If they don't get what they need at the next ultrasound, they'll send me for a fetal echo. Just wondering what that's like...

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? I'm watching the handmaid's tale. Its a little strange, and dark to be watching it as a pregnant woman... but its so good.

Any new symptoms or changes since last check in? Nothing really besides I'm feeling movement pretty regularly now.

Any appointments since last check in? How did it go? Had one today, just an OB check. Listened to the heartbeat and doctor recommended I pick up some antibiotics they called in for me yesterday. I've caught some kind of crud.

Rants/raves? My acting class was cancelled today. While I'm glad to not have to leave the house, we have a showcase on 6/3 and we are nowhere near ready

GTKY: What TV Shows or Book Series are you watching/reading? Currently watching Fargo, The Leftovers and American Gods. Just finished Into the Badlands today. I really want to start The Handmaid's Tale.

@feeislove well you can't really avoid your infant so lots of hand washing and breastfeeding if you can so you can pass any immunity you yourself are building with the current illness onto the infant.

@roo_baby flowy blouses and a structured blazer is what I would do. Or a loose dress with a scarf..

@feeislove. We share germs. Strangely I never have caught anything off DS in 2years. We have a breastfeeding relationship and that helps. If you're the sole carer it's hard to transfer care. If it was something really serious i would consider staying at my parent's.
