Oh my goodness 2 boys!! Yay! I had a friend who had 2 twin boys 7 months ago. She loves it. The first movements are so neat. Little man is doing good. He’s a month old now. He’s a sweet boy. Mommy is still tired as he eats every 2 hours but that’s okay. You get used to being a zombie lol.

@mrsa2017 whoah 2 princes hie exciting is that!! So glad ur feeling movements it gets even better as time progresses! How many weeks r u now? Such a blessing . How r u feeling? Has the nausea been any better?

@Holls214 I'm with u on beingba zombie! My LO has the bassinet and I feel like is on me 3/4 of the day.  It's crazy! There r some days she does sleep more then 2 hrs but it's not often.  How many oz is your LO eating?  I know each baby is different but still curious

@Holls214 this is the best feeling in the world. I LOL @ my DH because they would kick and the minute he puts his hands to feel it, they stop. They are already mamas boys ... Any issues breastfeeding? That is my most constant worry these days. And did you circumcise Bryson?

@hopeful_mom hello newest mommy! I turned 21 weeks on Tuesday. Time is flying by so fast. I have sooo much good days than bad but I realize that some symptoms from first trimester never goes completely away. Any problems breastfeeding? And how is your DH with his newest addition?

He’s eating 3 oz per feeding now. Might up it a little this weekend and see how that goes. We did circumcise him a week after he was born. It went well. He didn’t even fuss the rest of the day. I wasn’t ever able to breastfeed. I pumped for 2 weeks and gave up since I got only like 30ml for a whole day! He was eating 60ml a feeding lol. Not worth it for me... yeah he mainly sleeps 2 hour stints. Can’t wait for those 4 hour sleeping.

@SP128 I hope ur right!! It's been tough for sure!!  These past couple of nights have been miserable @mrsa2017 and I've been up around the clock with her.  I've been trying to breastfeed and pump but it's so hard that's all I do! I usually supplement one or two feeding a day but it still do hard!! My boobs aren't keeping up with her! @Holls214 I think my LO is bigger then urs as she's wanting 4oz already and it first takes me 2 pumps to make one bottle so then I worry she's not satisfied from my boob feeding.  She's also lazy and falls asleep so feeding her can easily take me 2hrs...so this mama is not happy!  And OH isn't much in the picture right now...is what it is I don't need the stress and drama.  Glad uve already got some mamas boys on ur hands @mrsa2017

Wow growing girl! 2 hours... omg I would pass out. I tried feeding him 4 oz last week and he projectile vomited so I assume the 3 is enough lol. Sleeping is rough. I’m thankful my hubs feeds him at 5am so I can get at least a couple hours. Sorry your OH isn’t around much. That must be hard.

@Hopeful_mom Don't get discouraged lady.  Whatever you can do is awesome.  A pediatrician told me that milk supply isn't established until 6 weeks anyway.  Breastfeeding and then pumping is sooooooo hard.  When you nurse on one side do you leak on the other?  I bought a silicone pump thing to catch the drips.  Each drop adds up!  Sounds like she is an eater!!  When I give Embaby a bottle it is usually either 4 or 3 oz.  That's my best guess.  Drama with OH is no good, especially during these rough times.  It will get better.  Promise.  How many weeks is she now?

@mrsa2017 I was dazed and so tired the first couple of days back to work.  It was just an adjustment.  Twice the work but twice the blessings.

@Hopeful_mom @Holls214 @SP128 omg! Now I’m nervous as ever that I won’t be able to fully breastfeed the boys (oh my) ..... So I had cramping from last week Friday evening until Sunday night when I was advised to take a tylenol. The cramping went away but Monday evening I got this tightness over my uterus that was irritating even to the touch. DH got worried, I called doc and we headed to the hospital. Babies heartbeats were good, cervix was still closed (that examine hurt like a mofo) but the cramping was still happening. Doc said fibroid could be growing with the twins (uuuuuugggghhhh not you again). So I spent Monday night in the hospital for observation and on pain meds. I got released the next day with more meds in hand but have to do a follow up scan to see about fibroid scrooge. So far I haven’t felt any pain since Monday but I’m worried because doc said this bastard could cause me to go into preterm labor. I’m only in my 22 week so we’re taking things one day at a time. And everyday is a milestone! I would hate to rush through this pregnancy but I won’t lie about not being worried.

@mrsa2017 so sorry you are having pain and some complications. Hopefully those little babies stay put and cook a while longer. Your bump looks adorable.

But how about a nurse told me that rubbing my stomach causes contractions.... ever heard that? I longed for this bump so I can feel my babies. I will be doing more research on that.

Hoping ur feeling better at @mrsa2017 and ur boys are staying put! Never heard about rubbing the belly causing contractions....I would've had my baby early as that's all I did!!
dont worry about breastfeeding everyone is different so don't stress about it!

Never heard of that either. I second hopeful mom that my babes would have been way early if that was the case haha. Last night was so rough. Bryson was awake and crying from 1-5am. Yawn! Going to be a loooong day.

@Holls214 that doesn't sound fun at all!! BUT sounds just like mine!! I think she first fell asleep at 7:30a she let napping 15min and then would scream and wamt
my boob....my boobs have been killing me all day! She's actually sleeping now but I know I need to feed her so she'll have to get up soon! 

TW in the box below is an article I wish I would've read prior to having my baby!! Breastfeeding is great but FED baby is better!! And this article really upset me all day as my baby was at the 10% mark of weight loss so we shouldn't have left the hospital technically and I'm really hoping my baby is ok.  Just had her we'll visit and she did gain weight and height but still!!

That’s terribly sad. I feel like most places push bf and even though it is best if people like me would have done it my babes would have starved... fed is best whether it’s the boob or not.

@hopeful_mom @holls214 my little babes also had to go in that incubator since she was jaundiced, and we found out at the hospital that it was accelerated because she was so dehydrated and underfed. Even though she nursed seemingly so well, she wasn't actually eating and I had no idea. So I went to exclusive pumping and supplementing with formula when needed, but the hospital pediatrician tried to convince me to go back to breastfeeding telling me it was best. So starving her was better?????  I just now stopped being able to keep up with her with pumping, so she's pretty much all formula fed with maybe 1 breast milk feed per day, but she's happy, healthy, and meeting her milestones and I'm not a slave to the pump anymore. however you need to feed them is what is BEST!

I can already see that formula will be used because I will not stand by and watch my kids starve!

@mrsa2017 You're doing great mama!!  I had a tiny bump too when I was pregnant and didn't gain much weight.

@mrsa2017 don't worry about the weight especially if the dr isn't! I popped in month 7 and I was supporting my own bump but it comes on later for sure you'll see don't worry!! And it's better as it only gets tougher to move, breath etc

@SP128 hey mama! I'm hanging in there this princess of mine is just that, she doesn't sleep more then 5 min unless someone is holding her.  She'll maybe stay 20 mins on the boppy if u can transfer her without waking her.  You try everything and then u give up and hold them so we can get some sleep! 
My milk still isn't overflowing but I'm still feeding her and pumping away trying to make more! 
I'm sorry the summer is 1/2 way over but I get excited knowing she gets stronger every day! How will you manage with feeding when he's in day care?
How big is adam now? And how do I cut their nails! I'm not having much success.

@Hopeful_mom   Hi!!!  Adam is 19 weeks now.  At his 4 month check a couple of weeks ago he weighed 13 lbs and 11 ounces.  He's following his growth curve.  He's tall and skinny : )  
My milk isn't overflowing either. I feel like it's been decreasing the last week.  When he goes to daycare, I will pump during the day.  

I have been filing his nails up until last week.  It wasn't too effective because his nails grow like crazy!  I had to put mittens on him for some time because he kept on slicing up his face.  As of last week, I started using baby nail clippers.  I bought the fridababy ones.  Crazy expensive and takes some getting used to, but I haven't cut him yet.  https://www.fridababy.com/product/nailfrida/   I bought it off amazon, if you don't need the file buy it off Buy Buy Baby.  I think it's a little cheaper.

@SP128 I'm laughing it's almost a month and I just ordered new clippers for her.  These nails are outta control I cut them one day and they're back the next day. She cuts her face and is killing my boobs when trying to feed her!!

how is going? Lil miss is now 12weeks a few days shy of 3months which I can't believe!! Still feels like one long week to me!!! Still trying to bf and I'm managing even though I still feel like I'm waiting for more milk to come in!!  I know I shouldn't complain as she is fed and it's really on my BM I just feel like she's still always hungry!!   She certainly likes the liquid gold 
are you pumping a lot have u started freezing any milk?

@Hopeful_mom Wow 12 weeks flew by!!!  Is she gaining weight?  I worry too about him eating enough.  It's so reassuring when he goes to the doctors to get weighed!

Yes, I've been pumping in the middle of the night to get a nice freezer stash going.  Are you pumping any?  School starts next Tuesday and Embaby starts day care on Sept 10th officially.  He has a free day on Sept 7th.  I've cried so many times already.

@SP128 how much of stash r u able to get?  I've been trying to pump as I feed but lately she needs me every min.  She's still up at 3am and the second my nipple is out of her mouth she is up.  Longest she has slept since 8pm is 15min so this BF is tough!! I'm assuming the gas is bothering her just praying this gas will pass fast!! I put her down for a min and she's up and crying my poor Lil babe! 
So far she has been gaining weight.  I have a checkup coming up so we shall see.  She has dirty diapers and all that but yet she still wants the boob. I know most of it is for comfort....not sure how I can fix that. 
It still feel like one long day to me and I get crying....I leave her for an hour to run to the store and I'm a basket case.....I can't imagine leaving her for the whole day yet.  My thoughts r with u, good luck mama! 
Are u bringing ur BM to day care? I'm nervous my boobs aren't going to keep up for the next once u know?

@Hopeful_mom I don't even know what a good stash is.  Good grief.  I think I have a decent one?  I put them in individual bags then in the gallon freezer bags.  I have a few bags full of 5 oz, 4 oz and 3 oz.  I'm going to bring BM to daycare.  One of the many things that make me nervous is that they toss BM after 1 hour after it's heated.  

I've cried multiple times on multiple days already just in the anticipation.  I'm a mess.  Are you planning on going back to work?  

I started saving every drop of BM when he was a newborn.  I bought a haaka (spelling?) to collect drips.  Now I pump when he gets a bottle at night.  We usually give him 4 oz-5 oz.  Sometimes we break even, sometimes I get 1 oz excess.  I also pump in the middle of the night.  So I usually get around 5 1/2 - 6 oz.  He's been getting up in the middle of the night to eat - lovely sleep regression plus transitioning out of the bassinet.  Ugh

@sp128 @hopeful_mom  Sounds like you guys are doing awesome with the stash!!! I finally stopped pumping at 4 months since I couldn't keep up and the leaky boobs just weren't worth the teeny amounts I was getting since I can't really pump too often at work. Everytime I thought I was stocking up I ended up not having any to freeze!! I exclusively pumped though. 
The gassy phase really does end!!! My little one had a terrible time with it, especially at night, but now she has zero stomach issues. We're dealing with the constant new colds she gets instead

I have been MIA, I’m sorry. Last trimester is here and the uncomfortableness has set in, along with the feet swelling and shortness of breath. I am 31 weeks now, and started leave yaaaay! I have my first of the “every two weeks” appointment on Monday.
 I’m considering adult diapers due to frequent urination ruining the little of sleep I am getting. My baby boys are just kicking and punching away with no regard for mommy’s vag or ribs. I miss sex (sniff sniff). And currently we have NOTHING for the boys. Please don’t fuss me out, I’m getting to that this week lol.
I had one baby shower and will have another in a few weeks. We have also not done our maternity photos as yet. Some days I feel so unprepared.
I miss talking to you ladies. Please give the babies a kiss for me. And I’ll send some baby shower photos to your inbox tomorrow, once I get in some sleep lol. 
Oh, before I forget (pregnancy brain)..... I believe that each of you are doing a tremendous job for being FTM... You guys rock!

@sp128 turns out little girl is just going to get cold after cold, but she's happy as can be so I guess it just is what it is!  We are thinking January for the next go around, hard to imagine going through all of this again, but we definitely want siblings!!! I finally got back into a workout routine this summer, so I am not looking forward to gaining all that weight again hahaha

@mrsa2017 OMG third trimester!!!! crazy, where did the time go! Get yourself a good pair of slippers. I lived in mine the last few weeks. I had a meeting in center city Philly and wore those slippers all over town in the gross streets Nothing else fit!  Good luck, hang in there, you are SO CLOSE!

@KZ1126 I’m sure munchkin will be fine once you protect her really well this fall/winter season. Wow baby #2... Atleast one of you would be where I am soon with two kids, yaaay!

@mrsa2017 so happy to hear from you! Can't believe its the 3rd trimester yay! The peeing thing is obnoxious. Sometimes I would get done peeing then stand up and need to pee again haha. Hopefully you get some awesome stuff at your showers.

@Holls214 only who feels it, knows it lol.... even if I stop drinking water before 9, I still have to go 4/5 times a night. What am I peeing out, the babies urine? Lol
I got money at the first shower so hopefully I get to open gifts at the second one. I’m just praying the boys stay put until way after the festivities. How is your LO?

@mrsa2017 that was totally me too! Just peeing all the time! I swear night time was the worst too. Baby boy is doing great. He is beyond adorable. He started daycare yesterday which seriously sucks... but today was better than yesterday. I just miss him tons. 
Are you planning on going back to work after the boys or staying home with them?

@Holls214 I will go back to work, but DH and I are looking for someone to come to our home and look after them. I need someone who is going to keep them on the schedule I set and be flexible with their time since I work shift. After a few months we’ll send them to a nursery.
