2. Status? Hoping and praying this is CD1 (I was spotting over the weekend, with a small flow this morning)

3. R/R? My r/r are kind of one in the same - DH didn't wish me happy Mother's Day yesterday, but my boyfriend (DH's best friend-who is not really my boyfriend, we just call each other boyfriend/girlfriend since we're all together so much. I'm not that kind of girl) did.

4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? TRAVEL!!!!!  I want to go to all 50 states and travel the world.  Not everywhere in the world because some places are just scary, but I'd love to go to Australia/New Zealand, Scotland, Spain, Italy, France, and China.

I'm sorry yesterday was tough for you @ladipale.  We were going to be telling our families about the pregnancy yesterday, so I had to try real hard not to dwell on that part of the day and just enjoy being with the ones that are here.

3. R/R? I survived the weekend and it went better than expected. I did NOT go to that bridal shower, but SIL, future BIL, DH, and I went out to a really nice dinner and had a fantastic time (with wine and cocktails involved). So it was fantastic. AND I managed to make it through yesterday in one piece without really crying.  Had an early lunch with my mother and family and made it through ok.

4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? So many things, I would definitely travel more! Fix up the house some as well.

2. Status? 6DPO and just waiting it out since my lining is non-existent. Hysteroscopy (again) on 5/23.

3. R/R? DH definitely blanked on what yesterday was and that I might be sensitive, so that was an issue... Ugh. I truly hated seeing all of the mothers day posts yesterday, except for the ones that acknowledged that it may be a tough day for some.

4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? I'm with @tlq0726, I would travel. I'm fortunate in that I've already done a lot of traveling, but there is so much of the world I still want to see. Lots of parts of Africa, Australia and India/Nepal are on my list.

@weareturtles Seeing all the posts yesterday was hard.  But I put up a post about mother's with loss.  Someone actually posted on my FB wall that they were thinking about me that day. And a friend mailed me a mother's day card and wrote a beautiful message in it.  It was very nice.

R/R - No rants yet.  Yesterday was totally what I needed.  It was full of all things that I love and reminded me I'm very lucky to have DD in my life.  I feel like I've been reset in a good way.  The weekend was so busy that I'm totally dragging today.

GTKY - a 1 month vacation to Hawaii stat then I'd either do all the things I want to to our current home or just buy a new house.

3. R/R? So I forgot to pay my electricity bill and now it's my day off and they told me it will take up to 24 hours to turn it back on. I'm bored and cold.... my fault but money has been tight ha.
4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? If I came into money right now I would pay off all my debts and family debts, buy a nice comfortable home, travel, invest and the dream is to open up an orphanage in Bangladesh and Thailand that provides free education all the way through college.

3. I can't think of any major today. Yesterday didn't upset me that much, the way last year did.
4. GTKY: I'm so with y'all on the travel! I lived in Tanzania for a year, been to Australia 5x, Brazil 2x, and a bunch of Scandinavian countries, but really I think it's only the tip of the iceberg. I think I've mentioned this before, but my bucket list is the beach bar in St. Maarten where the planes fly in right over your head super close (Google pics to get the idea).

3. Yesterday was awful. I've been dreading it all week. I was trying to explain how I feel to DH and made this comparison: it was like not having any eyes. Sure, you can live without them but your quality of life is not the same. Then you have to spend the whole day or weekend going to parties where everyone else has eyes and they all talk about how great it is and how they are blessed to have eyes. I'm so glad it's over. 

4. If I had unlimited money I would probably skip all of the IF nonsense and go straight to IVF as I'm worried that's where I'll end up and I can't afford it. Aside from that, I would love to start my own business and do charity work. Plus I want to see the world. I just want the freedom to live the life I want to live without work and bills getting in the way. 

@tlq0726 I soooo wish I could afford to travel. It's one of my favorite things to do. 

@SP128 sorry for the approaching EDD. 

@ladipale I would also like to do some remodeling. We are just trying to fix one small thing at a time.

@dpjennifer glad you had a nice dinner this weekend. Sometimes you just have to say screw everyone else and do something for yourself. That is something that I struggle with all the time.

and then there was a meltdown from me lol - earlier today DH told me that we needed to take money out of our emergency fund just for this week.  I absolutely HATE with a capital H doing that.  It took me lots of work and hard work and discipline to get that built up for us.  Then of course the stress always turns into "oh this is why we don't have another kid yet"  then I think about the loss - cue more tears.  This too shall pass I know.

2. Status? Ovulated, but benched. Tomorrow I go in for lab work, Thursday an ultrasound, then next week meeting with the OB. Hopeful that something is glaringly obvious so I don't need to wait to see RE in June.

3. R/R?  Had a meltdown for myself last night - a good cry in the shower. Didn't make anything for lunch and had to shell out 11bucks today. I know it's not much, but I seriously hate spending so much on lunch.

4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? I would definitely travel and get myself a nice big house on the Carolina seaboard

@ladipale - I've kind of given up on having another baby.  Horrible I know.  I feel I'm in acceptance mode right now.  Sure we will still try our best but it really shouldn't be this hard given all of our medical tests are good.

@msstephanielynn @vlagrl29 correct me if I'm wrong--Dave Ramsey i believe suggests 1000$ to start as part of the baby steps. I was always more of a Suze Orman girl, but she suggests 8 months emergency fund-so hard to do! ha ha! I hate taking from it to in rare cases, but that is why it's there....and just remember you will be replenishing it.

2. Status? CD 20- not sure when I O'd but guessing I'm 6/7 dpo. 

3. R/R? Its been a hard week- work has been trying and DH left the country to be with family after his grandpa passed. One of the hardest parts of being an ex-pat is being so far from family. Times like this make me rethink why I moved. But there are benifits and I've learned about work life balance and I've been embracing travel! It's not endless and I still do it on the cheap- but it's great to be able to take a weekend trip to Italy or France. 

4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? I would fund my own laboratory and do research without the pressure of getting grants. AND I would travel- luxuriously! 

I agree with @BelhurstBride I am sorry for everyone who had a though day yesterday. Mine was so-so but better then I expected. I even survived a baby shower for a good friend- which I was nervous about.

@amberruka - yes he does but that was not enough to help me sleep at night.  I think his plan works great for people that have a TON of debt.  A couple years after DD was born I made it a goal to use my gig money to pay off a little debt we had, fund an E fund, and contribute to retirement.  All of that helps me sleep at night lol.  We have 3 months in our E fund if we needed it and that would be very tight but get us thru.  The thing with me is I also want to put money towards retirement and a home improvement fund for things like landscaping and hardwoods, finished off basement.  I can't do any of that if I'm trying to fund 8 months of living.  So I try and help that money go to 3 separate spots.

@amberruka Yep, $1000 while you pay off all your debt then 3-6 months of expenses after that. We followed his debt snowball, but personally left more in our EF while we were paying down debt, because a lot can happen that needs more than $1000!

for real @msstephanielynn - Our E fund isn't a true efund by his definition but say a medical bill or car repair comes up that can deplete it really fast.  I don't follow him but I think technically you are supposed to have other funds for that - a medical fund, car repair fund, etc.  I just personally don't like having to keep track of tons of accounts so I just put it all in 1.  replenish when needed and nothing extra goes into our home improvement fund until it's back to where it was.

2. Status? Still waiting for AF. Had spotting yesterday and today but I'm pretty sure that's way too soon for AF I think (only 3 weeks past beginning of m/c and only 1.5 week since bleeding stopped. I'm thinking it's likely due to the fact that I went on a long bike ride on the weekend or because for some reason I wasn't having a crappy enough day yesterday so mother nature decided to make it even worse. 
3. R/R? see above. Yesterday sucked. 
4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do? I've been lucky enough to travel to a few amazing places lately but could always travel more. But the first thing I would do is buy my dad a home. He's had a pretty tough few years and no longer owns a home and I know that stresses him out.

@ladipale - I had 5 surgeries on my ears when I was younger, tubes and lengthening of bones. I can't imagine how scared my parents must have been but I just remember it always meant I'd get to eat as much jello as I wanted to afterwards

Rant - I successfully managed to not go on social media yesterday but a friend of the family have birth so my mom made sure to call me and tell me right away, I couldn't avoid the big family Skype call and I found that social media today was actually still horrible with people posting pictures of their 'fun times' from yesterday.

Rave - I am in my last semester of my degree and finishing up a tour guiding course at the same time which has been pretty tough but I've managed to stay super focused over the last couple of days and have gotten lots done!

Rave#2 - DH and I might be buying our first house (we've been renting so far). We went on Thursday to see the place and we've started the application process (it's a company building multiple homes and you need to apply to get one). Fingers crossed that all will go well!

4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do?
I'm with everyone that said travel, especially to see my niece more often. I'd also just work/volunteer for things that make me happy and not because the bills need to be paid. 

@SP128 I'll be thinking of you this week. I haven't gotten to my EDD yet but I can only imagine how hard it will be for me. Stay strong.

@tlq0726 I also ended up being with the whole family on the weekend we were planning to tell everyone that we were PG. It was really difficult. Especially because DH's aunt announced her pregnancy that day (and was due after us... She also ended up having an MC). Just remember that it does get easier...

@vlagrl29 so glad to hear that you had a nice weekend! I'm hoping that next year mother's day will be a nice day for me and all of the other ladies on here as well. And don't worry about your meltdown, I've had those too as I'm sure we all have at some point. Just don't give up on having another baby! I'm still new at this and I need the positive energy (I know that's selfish of me but it seems you also need some!).

@MimoCa I have to ask why specifically Bangladesh and Thailand?? It sounds like a great dream I'm just so curious!

Currently we send what little we have to DH home country of Bangladesh to sponsor a kid for education since that's all we can support and my mother's family is from Thailand too so it's easy to put family in charge of a y charities that may be going on there. Plus keep my brother there busy with something to do lol

1. Not new.  For those that don't know me: loss Jan 2nd after MMC on 12/15/16. Been TTC since March.  This is my third cycle.

3. I have been having slight cramping/pressure and gassy.  The symptoms are the same as when I had a BFP with the miscarriage.  My son was almost 6 years ago so I can't remember! Lol.

4. GTKY: an awesome vacation.  Redo our kitchen and bathrooms.  Not pick and choose with summer activities to sign Our DS up for.

@hdaley I hope those are good signs! All I had with my loss at the beginning were sore boobs and slight cramping. DD is 6 and I sure as heck can't forget all the nausea and vommiting with her.

thanks @SCK2411 yeah at 1 point I was just laying on the bathroom floor. Lol. It takes me a few minutes but I can eventually break out of the bad mind frame. All I need is to keep my mind occupied with other things.

3. R/R? Mother's day was  really nice DH wished me a happy mother's day and then we took our two fur babies ( dogs) to the park. It was nice he thought about the holiday.  We just have furbabies..no humans!
4. GTKY: If money was no object, what would you do?
Remodel current home, sell it, and build a brand new small house.  I don't want a big house, but I want it new! If money wasnt an object...then I'd get a surrogate, quit my teaching job and be a stay at home mom!

@hdaley  I usually mobile bump at work. If there aren't too many people to respond to I just reply then and there.  If there are a ton of responses, I open up my computer and respond as I scroll through my phone or ipad. 

@SCK2411 Social media is never safe I've come to realize.
