Uuuuuugh so need this thread today. DH agreed to work today, last minute, last night, then got home and asked me to tell our dayhome that DS will need to go there today, because I was supposed to work nights overnight last night. Well the dayhome didn't reply (no surprise, I didn't expect them to, they deserve evenings off) and then he got all pissy with me about the dayhome being 'so unreasonable'. When I informed him that our dayhome is actually ridiculously flexible with us compared to others he got all pissy again. I ended up having to call in sick to work so our child wouldn't be left without care.
My DH is a fartface because he's somehow convinced himself that I am a cripple now that I am pregnant. Admittedly, it's taken a LONG time to get here, and there is history of having to worry about me... but come on man. If I could do yard work and play with the dogs before I got pregnant, I can do that now that I am pregnant.

So me and DS just got back from Minnesota (where I'm originally from) last night, we were up there for my grandfather's memorial and DH had finals so he couldn't attend. Well we were gone for 12 days and in those 12 days DH hardly cleaned ANYTHING even though he kept talking about how he was going to clean a bunch of stuff and this and that, he didn't even clean out the fridge! IT SMELLS LIKE SOMETHING DIED IN IT! I sent him a very basic list of things that I would really like done before I got home so I didn't have to stress because I'm high risk and we have a 15 month old so it's stressful if it all piles up! I was ready to strangle him! So I told him it was his responsibility to clean while I was away and now he is going to finish cleaning those things before work tomorrow which he got pissy about but whatever I work my butt off around this house and I'm not going to come home from a stressful trip to feel like a maid he was waiting for.
@vauxthekate I was trying so hard not too! And he apparently left something out or something, so now we have fruit flies in the house! He sure is lucky I love him
This is my day. Mmmmmm I want a chicken finger plate from zaxbys! I want the Cole slaw really badly. Sends DH to get it. He comes back and says "I wasn't sure if you wanted Cole slaw so I got you extra toast!" I didn't lose it but I wanted too!
Then he goes to Walmart, I text him and said being chocolate. I haven't wanted chocolate at all so I was so excited to get up from my nap and eat some. Yep you guessed it, he forgot the damn chocolate. Guess where he is now? Yep, getting the chocolate.
The other day DH was talking about me helping move FURNITURE from one house to another. He already has a friend scheduled to help him on the 21st....but he feels he HAS TO have it done before then so he can enjoy the Saturday. Now I know I am not a fragile plate of glass being pregnant, but I also know you are not supposed to do HEAVY lifting. DH is a fart face this week, because he got upset with me when I refused to do it because he doesn't have patience!
My hubby (with good intention) announced our pregnancy to the entire church while we were saying our goodbyes.... Without talking to me about it first... I was very unprepared for it.
Because yesterday when we revealed our pregnancy, the truth came out that he told his cousin IMMEDIATELY after I told him. He lied and had told me a week ago that he told him just then. Thanks for keeping something between us buddy instead of your cousin who you're obsessed with. And then lying about it. Cool.
