Fitness game plan for this week: Cardio out the wazoo - i fell off the wagon this week and only got an hour in. Work derailed me in the worst way!
Did you meet last week's goals? No, failed on the cardio. Managed to lose a pound, though! And said no to my husband's cookies and cream cupcakes.
Fitness goal for this month:S tay steady with strength training; try to amp up the cardio.
Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey? Any rants or raves? Frustrations? Frustrated with work right now - i'm working a lot and it's eating into fitness time. Plan to do a 5k in about 3 weeks and no cardio means i'm not training.
Hoping I really can amp up cardio - i still have that bet with my trainer. I have a workout full of my most hated exercises awaiting me if I can't reach my goal next week.
GTKY: My dream job: I have it pretty good right now, i love working from home and I get paid very well. I just wish there was a little less stress.

Did you meet last week's goals? Nooope! I had a really busy week and totally gave in to allll of the excuses and treats. It was fabulous. Not gonna lie.
Fitness goal for this month: I want to run a mile in less than 10 minutes. I just made that up right now. Let's go for it!
Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey? Any rants or raves? Frustrations? I can't be mad at my lack of results last week, haha. I did this to myself. Back on the wagon!
GTKY: What would be your dream job? I always wanted to be an editor for a show like Top Chef.
Fitness game plan for this week: This week I'm allowing myself 1 "cheat" lunch (I'm meeting my bff at a training). Trader Joe's meals have been purchased.
Did you meet last week's goals? Yes! 7.6/7.0 miles! Didn't buy lunch a single day!
Fitness goal for this month: Walk 7.0 mils per week, no spend lunches.
Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey? Any rants or raves? Frustrations? I'm not TOO upset that I "gained" a pound this week since I haven't been really regular with weighing or anything. I kind of want to buy an Aria scale to sync with my FitBit. Anyone have a "smart scale" and can give input?
GTKY: What would be your dream job? I love training people, so I thought it would be fun to be a regional/traveling trainer for retail. These positions don't really exist though, which is why it's a dream. Lol.

Did you meet last week's goals? No, but I don't feel like I did terrible. I controlled my eating...even at the Cinco de Mayo party. I bought ice cream and brownies for DH and I haven't even had a bite.
Fitness game plan for this week:I plan to move as much as possible! I want to hit 10,000 steps as many days as I can (hit it today!). I want to work out 3 days.

I've had major stress the past 24 hours. *TW DS mentioned * DS has been going to the same in-home daycare for the past 2 years. We LOVE this lady and she loves my son; however, she is closing her daycare at the end of the school year. As silly and insignificant as it may seem, having someone who you trust and who truly loves your child is heartbreaking to lose! I've cried so much today. Fingers crossed that I don't stress eat!! *End TW*
Rave: I've lost 2 pounds and I've had a few people comment that they can tell. When you're bite sized (5'1), every pound is a lot!!
Dream job: I love working with children but I do wish I could work some from home. I enjoy the perks of summers and holidays off, but I sometimes feel like the 9 months of working extra for my class (PTA meetings, lesson planning, grading, etc), take away from my family.

I've managed to be controlled in my eating the last few days and not going way over my calorie limit (according to MFP)! I kept it under a couple days!!
A long-standing goal has been to actually work out twice a week, hasn't happened...
