GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? Steak, but grilled outside
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? Learning to cook some go-to dishes is on my to-do list for adulthood. I can follow a recipe but DH and I eat the same things every day, and we each prepare our own food, so my cooking right now is limited to cooking chicken, boiling pasta, and sautéing veggies. Once we have a child that is starting to eat normal meals, we'll up our game. I've told DH he is going to be the grillmaster in our future life.
Like 45 minutes of constant bouncing around.
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? I normally love to cook just about anything. That's been one of the very frustrating things with pregnancy, having an ambivalence towards cooking and what I eat.
I'm so anxious about who will watch my girls during my c/s. I'm on care.com now but the process of interviewing is so overwhelming and using someone regularly to let the kids get to know them is so expensive. I've also never left them with anyone but my in laws for more than an hour or two. I'm going to be going into surgery freaking out about whether or not they made it to camp safely. Ugh.
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? n/a i have never enjoyed a single episode of cooking lol
29 weeks!
Acorn Squash!
Nope
Bouts of Sleepiness and Euphoria(is this a thing?!)
Rants: when am I going to start nesting?! I'm so lazy I want my h to do everything. But I'm not making any real effort myself.
Raves: stroller, car seat, and crib are all here!!! Eeee
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook?
Never enjoy cooking, but I cook a lot and experiment a lot. Confusing relationship with cooking. Any dish that turns out delish and beautiful is my fav meal to cook.
i think I'm 29 weeks now I just read about it but I've forgotten which week in just the last five minutes
Acorn squash
yes, I missed my last appt so I have one resked for this week - gd test, u/s for me this week.
ugh my pelvic area feels like it's starting to rip apart and it's painful to walk. Do I see a chiropractor for that?
- rant: I still haven't done anything to prep for this baby except order the breast pump from insurance. I have so much cleaning and organizing ahead of me.
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook?
- I used to like to cook but I dont enjoy it as much anymore because I hate the clean up. Stupid, I know. My husband does the cooking around here and I'm always fine cleaning up afterwards, for whatever reason I can't dive into the process if I'm the one cooking and cleaning. Or even just cooking. Maybe I just don't like cooking.
wait. I do enjoy it a little when everything is prepped beforehand and laid out in exactly the right order and that I'd need it - mise en place ftw.
I may or may not be overthinking this question.
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? Tacos... quick, easy, yummy and everyone gets to personalize their plate!
my happy boy
GTKY: Its probably cheating since the crock pot does all the work but I like to make slow-cooker ribs, usually with corn on the cob and sometimes also roasted potatoes- or broccoli if we're trying not to eat all the carbs.
@carol113 I'm jealous of your king bed! H and I want one but I don't think it'll fit well in our current bedroom.
edited to add baby size

GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? Lasagna - easy and yummy. But I can't eat it now because the tomato sauce makes my heartburn worse.
GTKY: What is your favorite meal to cook? I'll say baked ziti since my recipe went over so well on this board last fall, haha! It's still my go-to dinner to bring new moms, new neighbors, or anyone who just had surgery.
32 weeks!
Squash (continuing the trend of shrinking vegetables each week, wtf?!)
Midwife on Wednesday and also meeting/registering with the anesthesiologist
My back is really sore again - it's been 4 weeks since my last chiro visit and that's too long. I see her Friday and will ask to go back in 2 weeks. Otherwise, I overdid it this weekend solo parenting, so am just overall swollen and uncomfortable "down there" again. Woof.
This month is Mother's Day, my birthday, and our anniversary. We have joint accounts so I am going to book a 90 minute massage and call it our gift to me.
Rave: DS was a lot of fun this weekend. He was so brave at swim class today! Laughed and squealed the whole time too
@BusyZee I never got a nesting urge when pregnant with DS. Buying and washing his clothes was sufficient. (Like 15 items, total. Then done.)

@OperaSingerMommy's baked ziti is the new hit in our house! Made it several times since you posted it. Thank you again!

Cook 1 box (1lb) of ziti
Mix with: 1 egg, 1 pint ricotta cheese, 1/2 bag (1/4 lb) parmasean cheese, 1 bag (1lb) mozzarella cheese (save a handful)
Layer in a baking pan with a jar of tomato sauce and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
You can add chicken, beef, broccoli, or anything your creative heart desires. Easy peesy, cheap, and feeds at least 6-8 people.
29 weeks
The size of Gizmo from Gremlins.
Third trimester check up and hopefully going back to physical therapy.
Nothing new. I still feel like I have a pinched nerve in my back. Schedule conflicts have caused me to miss two weeks of physical therapy so I still haven't had a chance to ask my PT about it.
@twinkiedoll that guy sounds really annoying... for some reason I'm imagining him to have a really nasal-y voice, too lol
