Re: IUI success w/ 0% morphology??
Dh's always had 0-1% morphology (normal count and motility was usually ~45%) We haven't used birth control since 2008 and have only conceived with IVF with ICSI. DH rarely drinks, has never smoked, takes vitamins, etc.
Good luck to you!

Statistics are really hard to swallow when the numbers mean so much to your life and journey. I want to encourage you to stay strong, and
I wanted to get pregnant asap using any science necessary, hubby wanted to avoid treatments, and we ended up never being 100% on most of the steps we took - though we tried to agree on it all.
In the end I wish I had of moved to IVF sooner, because the chance was so small and the extra months of pain are difficult. However we "weren't ready" to do IVF yet. But whatever you get through remind yourself it is worth it.
My hubby has SA's with 1-2% morph. We did 3 IUI's then 2 rounds of ICSI IVF and are now pregnant. We are both 29, I have no issues. We had a rough go of IVF too, as MFI seems to affect embryo outcomes too. I didn't quite prepare for that.
After our last IUI we did this testing which tests more than morphology - it reflects the DNA of the sperm. I would encourage you to bring this testing up with your Dr. Unfortunately MFI is behind in testing and treatments availability in my opinion (and maybe my Dr's) and IVF can be a fix, but also varicose surgery or other avenues which aren't as involved and limited as IVF should be explored too. We are waiting for our SCSA results, and depending on these possibly varicocele surgery (grade 1) to see how we can enhance his sperm so IVF is more successful.
