found out this morning that the baby stopped growing 2 days ago. No heartbeat. Dr told me miscarriage is imminent. He wants me to miscarry on my own- and give it a week to get going. Then I don't know what. As this is my fourth loss he agrees that I need a surrogate as there is nothing wrong with me that they can find. This sucks.
UPDATE: went in to double check with a beta and u/s today. Heartbeat was detected at 97 and hcg rose appropriately. Only thing is that the baby is measuring 5w5d when I should be 6w2d. The doctor I saw today didn't know why my doctor told me yesterday that m/c was imminent. She says she is cautiously optimistic. So now I take it day by day. I appreciate all of your thoughts. Thank you so much.
