We were able to get the genetic testing results today at our NT scan. While I am a little in shock that my intuition was wrong we are both thrilled that all results came back low risk and we are having a boy! My oldest is a 9 year old girl and I think she may fret a bit that her 6 year old brother will eventually have a partner in teasing her, but hoping that they both will be happy to hear they are having a baby sibling.

Got my results back today!! Baby is low risk for everything and is a GIRL!!! My fiancé wanted a girl but I always saw myself as a mom of boys. But since I'm sure this is our last pregnancy I've really been indifferent about the gender of this baby. When the nurse told me it was a girl I screamed "No way" I'm sure I scared the poor lady. I never knew I wanted a daughter so much until the moment she said it's a girl!
@KT&John yay for good results! We were the same way, convinced we were having a girl and then learned from genetic testing it was a boy and we are over the moon! Congrats!
We have of each and i love them all so much but from expierance im hoping for another boy lol all my boy babies have been so much easier then the girls. My boys slept and ate like champs girls never slept always cranky lol but whatever god decides to bless me with ill be excited for the next adventure!
Got my results for Verifi today! Baby is negative for chromosomal issues and BABY IS A GIRL!!! I've been dreaming about having a baby girl so I'm very happy
Ok guys I am seriously freaking out. I of course googled inconclusive MT21 results and saw some studies and articles that said that inclusive results have higher rates of chromosomal issues. I know that is not the best way but my OB did say if the second result is inconclusive then we should discuss. I'm just a nervous wreck. I know the best thing I can do is wait for the NT results and just go do my second blood draw. The NT scan tech said no red flags so that's good but I just cannot stop worrying. I don't know how to deal with this anxiety. I took my first test at 10.3 weeks. Anyone have similar experience here?
@ShePersisted I took mine at 10W4D and my OB warned me it may come back inconclusive and I would have to redo it. Why they recommend 10 weeks if they get inconclusive results is beyond me. You would think they would just say 11 to be safe.
@av2323 that's very helpful. Thank you! Yes I don't know why they make you do it early. I also read that weight sometimes is a factor in results not coming through but I am not extremely overweight but certainly am on the heavier side. Argh!! I cannot deal with the wait. This was supposed to be the week I relaxed and enjoyed getting over the first trimester hump. I hate this!
Negative for chromosomal issues and it's a girl! I'm getting more excited about the prospect of having a girl to go with my two boys. I love my boys, it's been fantastic having the two boys, it will be novel and different to have a girl. DH is over the moon. He wanted a girl when we started having kids, so finally getting his little girl on our last and final kiddo has made him very happy.
We got the results of our Panorama test today. Baby is low risk for everything and WE ARE HAVING A GIRL!!!! I couldn't possibly be more excited than I am right now!! I can't stop crying!
@ugoglencoco YES!! I cannot wait to tell her!! We have a big family dinner scheduled for next Tuesday night with some extended family so we're waiting to tell everyone till then!! It's going to be a long 6 days!!
@ShePersisted I hope you hear some good news soon. I know it's possible to draw too early, so maybe there wasn't enough material to actually make assessment. Fx for some good results!
Informa Seq test results received today....low risk for genetic abnormalities and we are having a GIRL! We prayed and prayed for a girl but overall just hoped for a healthy baby! Im so excited and cant wait for hubby to get home so I can share the news!

Just heard from OB's office about my NIPT results and baby is low risk for any chromosomal abnormalities! Woohoo! We're team green but she also said if I went into my account online to see the results, the gender would be on there...so tempting!! Holding myself back for now.
