Back for one more try...

Some of you may remember my situation and some of you may not. The short version of it is that after 3 years of trying my husband and I finally started seeing an RE. I have PCOS, but clomid worked really well for me. Unfortunately it didn't work the first cycle and for the second cycle we scheduled an IUI. We canceled it that morning because my husband decided that he didn't want to be married or have a family anymore.  I spent a while debating on just using a donor and I even tried adopting a little girl that was here in my town (a family member came and adopted her so she's in a good home now!!). Fast forwarded to now...I am trying this one more time with a donor. If it doesn't happen this time then I've decided that I would wait. Right now its day 8 and I've just finished my clomid pills and have my RE appointment scheduled for Wed. to see how things are going so far. I'm hoping that things work out this time around!

@BusinessWife Thank you! I was pretty excited about it. Normally I get good sized ones, but I've never had three before so I'm hoping that's good news!

Thank you everyone! I went in yesterday to see how things were going. The follicles were at 18, 15, & 12 ( Tuesday they were 16,13, & 12). I had one of the nurses this time and I feel like she measures them wrong. One time they "shrunk" after she checked them. Either way my RE told me to do to the trigger today (day 14). I feel like we should have waited a little longer. Normally I would see something on my OPKs on day 17. She's the expert I suppose. I was just hoping to get all of three of them up to a good size.

Update: I had my beta yesterday and unfortunately this wasn't my month. I was really hoping that this was finally it after all these years, but I guess there are other plans for my life. For now my journey ends and I hope that I won't have to wait too long to start it again. I wish all of you the best of luck and I hope to not see any of you on here when I return!
