    Fitness game plan for this week: Keep going with my diet - the struggle is real though with all the easter candy hanging around.
    Did you meet last week's goals? 
    For the most part. I did great with my diet until Friday night- I went to dinner with a friend of mine, then Saturday and Sunday with the family happened so...  :# I got back on it today. I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I might have been lower that 169.
    Fitness goal for this month:  Just keep losing. I think I am going to try to stick with my diet. Hopefully, I can get back to working out more often.
    Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey?  Any rants or raves?  Frustrations?
    Ugh! I just wish it was easier to lose weight :( 

    GTKY: What's your go-to outfit? Hmmm... probably LLR. I love leggings and Irmas :) So comfy!

    Fitness game plan for this week: I just finished my first run of the week. I plan on two more by Sunday. I really need to get some weights in again but I don't enjoy it at all. 
    Did you meet last week's goals? 
    Yes! I got in all my runs and actually improved a little on my time. 
    Fitness goal for this month: Tone up! We're headed to the beach in 43 days and I want to feel confident in a two piece if I choose to wear one.

    After the Easter weekend gorging I feel pretty blah. I feel like I have no self control eating on the weekends and I can tell a difference in how I feel.

  • Current stats if you'd like to share!  (Usually starting weight, current weight and TTC goal weight.) Sw: 135 CW: ugh 136.8 this morning prob some weekend bloat but just ugh. GW: 128
    Fitness game plan for this week: don't go more than 2 days wo working out.
    Did you meet last week's goals? Not really. I worked out twice but then I went 4 days without a workout! 
    Fitness goal for this month: regular workouts + calorie counting.
    Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey?  Any rants or raves?  Frustrations? I have been doing a good job of moderation for the purpose of maintaining but I want to lose weight!!! I need to make the treats less frequent and the workouts MORE frequent. Here we go!

    GTKY: What's your go-to outfit? In the winter, boots and skinny jeans. In the summer, jeans and a tank or tee. Simple!
  • @glitzandglitter, The struggle is real!  Why is it so easy to put on weight and so hard to take it off?! UGH!

    I would like to work out 3 days and hit 10,000 steps 3 days.
    Did you meet last week's goals?
    Yes and No... I have quite my caffeine fix and I think I am good to go with that.  I did terrible eating though.  I'm sticking to my plan this week.  I have a meal plan and I'm ready!
    Fitness goal for this month:
    I would like to work out 3 days a week this month.  I have a program I am following that is 5 days a week, but if I do 3 days a week, I will be happy.  I figure it's better than the nothing I am doing now.  :)  Also, I want to stay on track with eating.  I'm debabting on letting myself have 1 cheat meal a week.  I don't know if that will help or hinder progress.

    I'm just frustrated overall with myself.  I had DS 2 years ago and NEVER thought I would still be 25 pounds above my prepregnancy weight.  Here I am thinking about baby #2 and I still haven't lost from my first.  I've never been this overweight before and it makes me feel badly about myself.  I hate my clothes and how they fit.  I don't like how I look. It's been tough. :(

    Fitness game plan for this week: To NOT eat all of the yummy Easter candy currently on my dining room table!
    Did you meet last week's goals? I think so? I didn't exercise as much as I wanted but I was at a training last week that required a fair amount of walking so I'm calling it good.
    Fitness goal for this month: Keep up with healthy eating and exercise. I'd still like to lose another 3 lbs this month.
    Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey?  Any rants or raves?  Frustrations?
    The scale has finally begun to reflect all of the hard work I've been putting in and it feels so nice! Extra motivation to keep going  :)

    GTKY: What's your go-to outfit? jeans and a t-shirt or during summer: shorts and a t-shirt...I'm a very comfy/simple type of person when it comes to clothes!

    After a weekend of Easter indulgences, I have lost a grand total of 0 pounds!  Haha.  Well, at least I didn't gain and I'm back on the calorie counting and paleo wagon now.

    Fitness game plan for this week:
    Ugh, I'm under a very tight deadline this week, so my goals are modest - calorie count, stick to paleo and do at home strength training 2-3 times.  Our elliptical is arriving Thursday, so I'm hoping to get that set up this weekend and work it into next week's goals.

    Did you meet last week's goals?
    I'm so busy and frazzled right now I literally do not remember last week's goals!

    Fitness goal for this month:
    I'd love to get under 195, because that would mean I have less than 10 pounds to go to get to my pre pregnancy weight.  That's only 4 pounds away, so I could do it!

    I cannot wait until this script I'm working on is done.  It's been so fun to write, but the writing schedule and my work schedule and taking care of DD schedule is really challenging.  I'm exhausted!

    GTKY: What's your go-to outfit?
    I'm a dress girl.  I find dresses so much easier than outfits because you don't have to match anything!  My favorite dress is actually a black maternity dress that just happens to be super flattering even when not pregnant.

  • @UterusesBeforeDuderuses, I aviod the mail room at work!  Why is there always crap food in there?!  I think people feel as though teachers need to eat.

    @JNCPro3130  I always find having a meal plan helps me stick to my food goals. Good luck! Also, for your snack question, I like apples or celery with almond butter, homemade trail mix (the dried fruit adds some sweetness), and really any kind of fruit. 
    @maureenmce New exercise equipment sounds fun! Good luck with your goals and congrats on your progress and being so close to your goal TTC weight :)

    Starting weight- 218, Current weight- 206 (lost 1 lb from last week)
    Fitness game plan for this week: Walk/jogs with the dogs and strength training 2x
    Did you meet last week's goals? 
    I did not, due to getting sick in the middle of last week and not feeling up to exercising. However, I still lost a pound without much effort.
    Fitness goal for this month: Lose 5-8 lbs. So far, I've lost about half of that. 
    Anything else you want to share about your fitness plans/journey?  Any rants or raves?  Frustrations? 
    Not really! Except for: I wish I had measured my body before starting my fitness journey, because I know I've made progress with losing inches even if the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd like. I like to see the numbers!

    GTKY: What's your go-to outfit? Leggings and a long shirt- comfy and functional!
