@zigzag8412 and @DuchessOfCambridge #2 was true. It was Wes Hayden. Not sure if you'd remember him, but he was on Jillian's season and came off looking kind of like an a-hole he actually is really nice and we're still friends today. We dated before he was on the show.
@rachelb51212 Gotcha! My lie was about figure skating... I've actually only ice skated once in my life, although I've done plenty of roller skating (I ran a roller skating night in our town community center once a week for 5 years). As for my truths: DH and I were part of the punk/metal scene when I was on college and I sported a shaved head/Chelsea for a few months in there. And yes, my graduating class was tiny... I actually now work at the same high school I attended, and it's a little smaller now than it was then!

@lahansen so far I've only made refrigerator pickles. So those are probably quick pickles? You can open them after a couple weeks. I've attempted learning to can things and have failed spectacularly more than once. I was hoping to take an actual class this summer or something.
@ArtificialRed I love refrigerator pickles! My advice is to not even both canning pickles because they ALWAYS get mushy, but do learn to can in order to do other stuff like applesauce and tomatoes. Canning is one of my favorite parts of late summer

@lahansen homegrown and made tomato sauce and later apple butter were the two things I attempted to can last year! I was so excited and tried to be so super careful. It's so disappointing to put that much work in and then have them not seal Good to know about the pickles though!
@cmessamore That's awesome! I'm a little jealous...
My lie was that I'm allergic to watermelon. I do sell decorated cookies as a hobby. Here's a picture of some cookies I did for a baby shower. (Sorry it's huge!)

@DuchessOfCambridge, You were wrong. I have been teaching for 12 years and have 12 nieces and nephews. This baby is the tie breaker between boys and girls on both sides. We have 7 sisters and 0 brothers between us.
@cmessamore I knew a reg would know I'm a twin, but having a singleton. I have now taught 8 twins in 12 years. Somehow I get a lot of them!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@BayCamp nope! I really can't roll my tongue. My sister, brother, and mom can, but my dad and I cannot! I actually have been to Florida, although I didn't go until I was in high school, so for the majority of my early life that was true.
@Airynn Chica #1 isn't true. Well mostly, my dad and grandad were auctioneers. I can do it but never had formal training or been licensed. My younger cousin has though! So she's 3rd generation for real, I just play at it. We used to practice auctioning from when we were little kids so for a non-licensed auctioneer I'm better than a lot of actual ones lol
mariposa_767s, #1 was actually my lie. While I've visited more countries than states, I only lived out of country for a little over three years. (Though we moved on average of every 2.5 years til I was 18.) #2- When we lived in D.C. (military family) our neighbor was the personal nurse to President Clinton and gave my family a private tour of the white house, including getting to meet Socks, the first cat. #3- While visiting the Palace of Versailles with my mom and Grandmother at 13 years old, a group of at least 40 male Asian tourist all swarmed me and managed to separate me from my mother. I was terrified as they were all reaching for me until my mom shouted that they just wanted to see my hair (which was very red when I was younger but has dulled since). I then spent the next 20ish minutes taking photos with different individuals and small groups from their large group and imagine I have my picture in many a stranger's photo album because I have red hair... Maybe it was the year that was good luck?

@BayCamp I think #1 is a lie, but it would be pretty cool if you could talk like an auctioneer.
My lie was being allergic to celery, I just REALLY hate it, even the smell grosses me out. I really am the Commishioner of my Fantasy football team ( @kaitlinliz, the Commish is the person in charge of the league, that organizes the rules, draft, payments, etc.) And I was my high school mascott, I actually quit cheerleading after 4 years to try out for the mascot. It was a Wildcat with a Gigantic head, lol.
#3 was a lie for me! I ran 2 marathons not 3.... And that was in my pre-baby life. recently I am happy if I even get out for a walk!
I met my husband in Bolivia studying in Spanish after college and my grandmother was a professional clown (probably one of the odder facts about my family!). When she turned 60 she went to "clown school" and preformed in hospitals and birthday parties... Not going to lie, as a child I thought this was pretty awesome, a lot more awesome than my mom thought it was!
@elsieisamoocow I wish your guess was a lie. My husband argues with me all the time about climate change being just a way for libs to make money. It's rough considering I work in the environmental field!@! #3 was my like. My feet are not 4.5 but 9.5.
