Having another (retained placenta )?

Hey Ladies! My husband and I want to start trying for another this summe but I'm a little nervous due to almost bleeding to death with the first. Not all of the placenta came out so I ended up getting a blood transfusion and a D&C. Has anyone else had this problem and had any problems with having more kids?

That happened to me after #2. I never had the issue again with the next 4. My placenta with my #6 had an issue with coming out at all, but it finally did with 5 seconds before they took me back for surgery.
