How soon before FET were your embryos thawed?

Hello
I had a FET on Thursday morning, my embryo was defrosted I think Wednesday afternoon or evening, and left to further develop before FET Thursday around 10:45am. Apparently my embryo went from 8 cell to 14 cell during this time which they said is great. A random question which I feel is probably common sense, but I am curious. My embryo was frozen when it was around 3 and close to a half days old, when it was left to further develop I am guessing it was at least another half a day. Does this mean my embryo was more like a 4 day embryo? Or is it still regarded as a 3 day because it's normal that it's not frozen bang on being 3 days, and normal to be left to develop?
I scared myself twice yesterday too, husband and I were already booked to go away and we went out on our boat (in a lake) but it was still quite rough! So I endured quite a lot of bumping around. Common sense told me that this would be fine, I know the embryo can't "fall out" and that it's quite snug in there, but I still stressed I would've upset the apple cart a bit. Also that night husband accidentally elbowed me in the stomach when he was moving something
I really hope neither of these incidents will do anything! I'm just paranoid being my first FET I guess.
