  • @vrj022 Right! It surprises me how some people don't know. I'm a FTM and I knew before I took my test..

  • My UO I hate movies set in the 70s. I hate the orange tint they always have and therefore won't watch them. I also hate the clothing and hair styles. Some examples are American Hustle and the Nice Guys.

@SWE2 THIS. Movies about the 70s just depress me for these reasons!
  • I don't believe I need to supervise my 3yr old and my dogs 100% of the time they're together, I check on them, but I will let DS play outside with the dogs while I get things done inside. Why have the dogs at all if I can't trust them as part of the family?

Side note, one of my dogs taught DS to walk and the other lets him climb on her back so they can steal food to share... they really are my other children.
We don't have pets currently, but i'm always leery about letting DD around family members dogs/animals. They can be the sweetest animal ever, but in the end they are still animals and you just never know what could upset them or make them scared.

I've been craving DIRT!  Not actually doing anything about it, mind you.  But I mean daily thinking about eating a fistful of sopping potting mix.  OMNOMNOM.  Talked to doc about it and he said craving inedible items is somewhat common for preggos.  All is fine as long as I don't act on it :P

Also I hate ALL seafood.  Have tried all my life, even fish I've caught myself in the Florida Keys.  I think it tastes like hot garbage on a summer day.

Hate Cadbury eggs too, HOWEVER if you haven't tried Cadbury Mini Eggs OMG they are amazing.  Don't be afraid, they are nothing like regular Cadbury Eggs.  Just solid chocolate with the most amazingly delicious & crunchy candy shell...

"La La Land" sucks and I don't get all the hype about Gigi Hadid.

  • @sweaterboots I too hate all seafood. I will catch fish and clean them myself, but refuse to eat it. AND...I may have eaten an entire bag of Cadbury Mini Eggs this week.
  • I hate seafood as well. I try all different things each year seeing if it changed but nope.

@NotAPlaya-JustCrushAlot that one I will let slide. It doesn't have the orange tint and all that.

That + raise you 80s. I hate 80s stuff (music, clothes, movies, everything lol). My mom loves Abba and i'm like 'omg just kill me NOW'. And i hate 'Grease' but i think it's also because i watched it as an adult for the first time and i was acutely aware of all the sexist things going on in it.

I just got a kick out of this! For millennia, cod has been cod has been cod... but I like that you try it each year to see if its taste has dramatically improved.  :D  No chance!

@SKZW @SWE2 for me I keep trying all the time to see if my tastes change!  I grew up as a super picky eater, basically only eating grilled cheese and hot dogs.  I HATED onions until I was like 22, and LOATHED broccoli until I was about 25.  The only way I found out I like either was by trying and seeing if I still hated it.  Now the only things I don't like are mushrooms & Seafood!  I'm glad I kept trying because my tastes have really changed since teenagerdom.

    Impartial about Peeps.
LOVE THE PRINCESS BRIDE. And agree with @WombThereItIs that those who don't have a whole in their heart only true love can fill, like she said.
I googled mucus plug. Question: does it come out all at once or not?
Agreed white chocolate is not chocolate.
I like all kids. I don't like "kiddos" or "preggers", etc.
I like big dogs over little dogs, but little dogs are okay if they're not yappy.
    I'm okay with SUVs/minivans.
And, about donuts, I like Dunkin, I'm not much for Duck's, but mostly, I despise Krispy Kremes!

@jayandaplus: (whispering because it's so gross to talk about) the plug can come out either way: all at once or a bit every day over a week or two, which is why some women don't even notice it.

For the record, it's only MY dogs that I have owned since 6 weeks old, they're both working dogs and explicitly well trained, I would never leave him unsupervised around a dog that I didnt raise. They are both able to escape to a place that my toddler can't get to, so they don't often have a time that they can take get away if they need to.
I also respectfully disagree that you never know, if I don't know what upsets or scares my dogs, and more importantly how they react to those things, I am not a responsible pet owner. Yes they are animals, but they are not unpredictable.
