So the ache at the top of my bump which I assumed was her butt or feet in my ribs hurts off and on still. Then it reminded me of the upper abdominal pain @super_sam03 mentioned before she was diagnosed with pre-e. So then I laid there last night trying so hard not to Google symptoms of pre-e, because I KNOW my BP has been great the whole pregnancy and I have zero swelling. But the other part of me knows it can sneak up without other symptoms, and I have had headaches lately, some dizziness, lower back pain, and I gained two pounds this last week which is the most I've ever gained in a week. Needless to say I didn't sleep well last night and I'm glad I'm seeing the doctor this afternoon. Why do I do this to myself. Especially when I know the abdominal pain could very easily be rib flare. Ugh.
So much pressure! And now occasional shooting pains in my cervix when I walk. I'm going to assume its baby moving lower and my cervix doing what it should, so I'm not really complaining, it's just uncomfortable at times. And I have been feeling restless at night when I try to go bed, but I actually got a 4 hour stretch of sleep without getting up to pee last night which was great!
I'm trying to remain "calm" and tell myself that all of this is just because I had a cervix check yesterday, but this morning when I wiped, there was a ton of mucus, then I wiped again to make sure I was getting it all and there was brown tinged mucus. My lower back is a little achy and baby feels super low.
@KirstinH88 that sounds exactly like what happened to me after my last check. But I've had a lot of contractions since then! And since you're an STM it might mean more than it would for me.
My belly seems to have dropped which is awesome since I can breathe & not feel her little butt right up against my ribs. I'm so much more fatigued lately and can't sleep. Nausea is starting to creep back too . TMI: I'm not having any increase in discharge or anything, but I definitely have been having an increase of bm. I'm also having insane pelvic pressure when I walk a lot, DH and I went grocery shopping the other day and I had to stop every 5 mins since it felt like there was a bowling ball between my legs along with lightening crotch lol. I'm hoping some of these are good signs, but I'm not having any contractions whatsoever, not even BH, bleh.
The pelvic bone pain! I swear it feels like someone hit me with a baseball bat in the crotch - TMI probably but it's reality right now. On top of that she's so dang on low, I agree with @Lovable Bump on the feeling like there is a bowling ball between my legs. I'm just at the point where I'm ready for her to be out of me. Especially since during my cervical check monday the dr laughed because she touched the baby's head and baby girl kicked immediately. Crazy!
I feel a lot of pressure on the right bottom pelvic side and have to walk slowly. I feel like the baby had dropped since my stomach has more room and I am having a break from heartburn. I can't sit up straight normally since my belly is in the way. Mentally I'm checked out and just ready to have an outside baby.
I am having a lot more BH contractions, which are a lot more intense than last pregnancy, so maybe that means I am getting closer...I most likely have 2+ weeks left though...
I am also starting to swell by the end of the day and my bp was slightly high at my last appointment. I am hoping that it doesn't continue to rise.
Driving home from work is the worst! I only have two days left till maternity leave but it takes me an hour to get home and I have BH like the whole way home each day.
