anyone interested in slightly tweaking the traditional mon / tues / wed threads? in my last BMB we eventually decided to add a more positive component so that more people could participate. that way you can chime in with complaints per usual or with things going well for you that day.

for example:  MBF / Magnificent Monday
                      Twatwaffle / Taco Tuesday
                      WTF / Winning Wednesday

@anewadventure I like that idea. I've been grateful that I haven't had many negative stories to contribute, but being able to more frequently share the positive things happening in our lives would be nice!

@anewadventure love the idea! I noticed that some bmb's do "Trophy High Tuesday" and that would be a fun way to celebrate life's small and big wins.

@anewadventure go for it! I'm not sure most people know which days are for which threads (I always have to check back here) -- I'm all for brightening up the daily threads to get more people to participate.

I was wondering if we could start a thread for "crunchy" or more natural moms. Honestly it doesn't have to be extreme at all so plenty of people could participate. I'm thinking we would talk about baby wearing, cloth diapers, natural remedies, natural childbirth, home births, breastfeeding, homemade baby food etc..

I might need to ask my 4 whole years younger dear wife, who at 36 can sometimes figure out tech stuff better than my 40 year old self.

I love that idea too, @ChelK3! It'd be helpful to get ideas on how to keep things more natural (i.e. products or DIY products to use, etc).

@ShyTonia It stands for Hump Day Bump Day and it gets posted every Wednesday! If there isn't one started on any given Wednesday, feel free to start one!

There's an issue going on with siggys on the bump (unless they've fixed it). If you currently have a ticker or gif, they still work, but adding a new one no longer seems to work. It's why we didn't decide on a new siggy challenge for August, I think.
