Thanks for bringing this back, since finding out about the GD I have been trying to meal plan. Last night we made smothered pork chops and they were delicious.
Tonight : I totally gave up and ordered pizza Tuesday: Tacos Wednesday left overs Thursday: low carb buffalo chicken wraps Friday: most likely Subway or cabbage and smoked sausage if I have time to cook.
Tonight the kids had nuggets and I had a fried egg sandwich since my H is working late. Tuesday: Teeball day so something quick- smoked sausage, rice and a veggies Wednesday: Buffalo chicken wraps/salad Thursday: BBQ pork roast in the crock pot and prob a pasta side/asparagus
That's as much as I know.

Tomorrow I'm making chicken cutlets, rice, and a vegetable. Wednesday will be spaghetti and Caesar salad. Thursday is bacon, egg, cheese wraps with fruit.
Then I usually fall off the cooking wagon as the weekend approaches.
Tonight: lettuce-less greek salad (cucumber, tomatoes, shallots, kalamata olives and feta, with some olive oil and vinegar), roasted potatoes Tuesday: roasted asparagus and vegan field roast Wednesday: dinner out Thursday: macaroni and cheese with vegan corn dogs Friday: Traveling
Monday - red Thai curry Tuesday - steak, Brussel sprouts, side salad Wednesday - Mexican quinoa bowl Thursday - spinach tortellini with chicken and side salad Friday - DH has a bachelor party for the weekend so who knows what I'll have for myself
