    @johnandtaryn It looks like you're new here - I'm not sure if you have lurked and read the 'read this first' guide as suggested, but you may want to intro on the newbie thread so that we get to know you a bit. Then you may want to post your question in this week's CS thread.

    Having said that, to quickly give my input on your chart - I don't see a clear thermal shift to indicate O. Also, if you really are on CD208, you may want to see your doctor about restarting your cycle.

    @johnandtaryn I agree with @Sailing_Mama I don't see any evidence of a temp shift indicating ovulation.

    I am currently seeing a doctor. She started me on metformin. Just waiting to see if I will work
