2) How are you feeling? Pretty good! Symptoms seem to have started going down. Starting to feel "pressure" in my uterus from baby growing and expanding in my body.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? None, nesrly for another 3 weeks

We want to hear all about it! Meh, not really something DH and I are into, we take those opportunities whenever we're free so a babymoon isn't necessary.

Raves: I bought a heartbeat monitor I can't wait for it to get here!
Q: I'm a FTM so I have so many...Sometimes my hips and thighs are sore/stiff at the end of the day??? I teach so I'm constantly moving.
5. Not really a babymoon but we go to Fl with the family every May. Just bought my maternity swimsuit
2) How are you feeling? annoyed in general, otherwise life is grand

4) Rants/Raves/Questions? really wish that school was out already about to enter into testing season
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! not, taking a vacation it's all fine and dandy but calling it a babymoon indicates that you are regretting the changes in your life. And that you want to hang onto your old life for a few more weeks.
FYI For maternity swimsuits they have some really cute ones online at Target and they are not crazy expensive.
2) How are you feeling? Good overall. I don't fall asleep on the couch as much as I was so I think my energy is coming back! I def feel round ligament pain if I move too quickly.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? None this week.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? We are working on cleaning out the spare bedroom so we can slowly start to put the nursery together. I can't believe how expensive baby furniture is!
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! We will probably take some time off and go somewhere before the baby comes. I have to call HR and find out the maternity leave details because I might end up using vacation time during some of the leave.

Feeling pretty good, I'm still a little more tired than I'd like, but I'm surviving.
3) Any appointments or tests this week?
No appointments until the end of the month.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions?
I'm a STM and I can't believe how early I've popped compared to the last pregnancy. Maybe I've just been sucking in this whole time, but ever since my NT scan last week, I look so pregnant!
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it!
The thought of spending money on a vacation and not being able to drink doesn't appeal to me, so no babymoon for us.
2) How are you feeling? Tired. So so tired.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nope, did and us last Friday so nothing for a month.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? I really don't have anything. Maybe just my baby brain, I can't hold anything in my head for long. I'm so forgetful, it's driving me crazy.
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! I love to but our summer is so busy I really don't know if there will be time.
2) How are you feeling? Same. Tired and nauseous. Although, I seemed to have a burst of energy this morning, so I'm hoping that I'm on the upswing!

4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Can I just start maternity leave now? I'm done with work!
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! No. SO and I might drop DS off with my parents for a weekend, but nothing overly special.
@asickles98 Testing season is the WORST! I teach high school math, and our testing stuff lasts for almost the entire last month of school. My classroom is turned into a computer lab, so I am a nomad while that's going on. I'm so glad that this is happening during my second trimester, because it takes a lot more energy to keep up with it all!

2) How are you feeling? Definitely on the upswing energy wise. Bump is growing!
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nothing until the 17th. NT scan bloodwork results came back negative last week though.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? As mentioned before...Allergies kicking my butt. Here in VA, we always have a week or so when everything is covered with a fine yellow film of pollen. We haven't even gotten there yet, and I'm already sneezing my face off over here!
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! DH is a Government contractor and his contract is up in about 3 weeks. He hasn't found a new job yet, so we won't plan any kind of vacation until he gets one. We want him to be able to take time off when the baby is born, so it probably won't be anything big. Our first anniversary is August 6, so maybe a weekend thing then.

Just wanted to say how happy I am about the heart beat monitor that we got last week. I'm so much less anxious and can hear the amazing baby heart anytime

2) How are you feeling? Last week was tough, but since I've been taking Diclegis regularly the MS is significantly better. Now I'm just tired with occasional bouts of nausea. And I think I'll be showing soon! I can feel a hard bump where my uterus should be. Yay!!
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Nope, not for three more weeks.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Where is everyone registering? I've started one on Amazon, since most of our family live out of state. But I am trying to decide if I want to have a registry at a brick and mortar store too.
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! Probably nothing that we refer to as a babymoon, but we'll take some fun weekend trips before the baby gets here.
2. Dealing with headaches, but they're mainly just caffeine headaches, but it's still annoying taking excedrin tension every day. Energy is starting to come back, so it's nice have my house coming back into order and not wanting to sleep the day away

5. No. Just say you're taking a vacation. Having a baby is not the end of your traveling life and saying babymoon just sounds like that's what's being implied.

5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! No babymoon, just vacation. Will be going to the beach for a week in July and a family "cabin trip" in August.
2) How are you feeling? I'm feeling VERY bloated but overall slightly better than previous weeks!

5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! There's a possibility but it's not anything that we've discussed. I think it would be nice to do something one last time as a family of 3. It would definitely be bittersweet for all of us.
2) How are you feeling? Pretty good! Have been getting some bursts of energy.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? Yep, first appointment with my OB so I'll have another ultrasound on Thursday. Last appointment was with an RE 3 weeks ago so I'm excited to see baby again!

5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! Well we would be going on this vacation regardless of the baby.. but we are going to Myrtle Beach for a week in a few months. We have never been so it should be a good time and nice and relaxing. Our last long vacation was a trek around Europe for 2 weeks so it will be nice to do something low key.
2) How are you feeling? Bring on the spring/summer allergies haha My winter allergies are horrible and much worse than summer ones. I just cough 4 months straight which scares me cause it hurts a lot more now that I'm pregnant. Plus the FLU is going around here and my SO even caught it. Yikes! I'm just ready to be outta this season.

4) Rants/Raves/Questions? Finally announced our pregnancy on social media. No more secrets!!!
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! I would love to do something but we just got a puppy and i'd feel bad having to abandon him for the weekend. So we're still undecided about our summer vacation or staycation
@jessirh We registered at TARGET and it was super easy and I loved their format. Then we did AMAZON and it was soooo overwhelming. I only added a handful of items whereas my target one has close to 100.
@sjohns08 Dealing with awful headaches here too. I've been taking Tylenol (because the doctor told me to stay away from Advil) but it just doesn't work - I don't even bother taking it anymore cause it makes no difference. How's Excedrin working for you?
1) How many weeks are you? 13. Last week of the first trimester - phew!
2) How are you feeling? Nausea gone during the day, but comes back as soon as I go to bed at night, ugh. Now I'm dealing with headaches that last all day long, and stabbing pains in my breasts sporadically throughout the day/night. I'm also having trouble sleeping at night due to lower back pain.
3) Any appointments or tests this week? I go to my OB/GYN's lab tomorrow for the Down Syndrome screening.
4) Rants/Raves/Questions? DH took my first photos at 12 weeks for our belly time-lapse, it was so sweet! Can't wait to see how my body evolves throughout the course of the pregnancy.
5) GTKY: Babymoon or not? We want to hear all about it! We're in the process of buying a house atm, so with that huge expense around the corner, realistically I don't think we'll go on a honeymoon.
